Errors and bugs repeating:

1. "you have to click on the button to complete the mission". I did everything correctly, but that message goes on appearing forcing me for an additional unnecessary (for me) click and ads popping up. It happens very frequently

2. "The mission does not correspond". Some reward is credited anyway, but don't know what does it mean. Repeating quite often:

3. Messages: Ok that you like to call us to do something, but to close them is a pain in the *ss. Click, pop up, refresh and they're still there:

4. You changed the payments apparently from twice per week to "up to seven days". Right? Not exactly an exciting change and could have been worth a message even if it isn't a silver chest;

5. The random tickets for jackpot are really unfair. Don't know why you have to reward shorter missions the same (random) as longer ones

6. Timer still broken. If you do not refresh, it goes on for centuries

7. Please, add to Linkshrink NSFW as 50% of their ads are adult games

2. The mission does not correspond should happens when you try to validate a mission that is not yours; Anyway, I will look at this bug.
3. Message are also to inform users. You can become a patron to remove all the pop ads without exception.
4. Yer we have around 4000 payouts to make every week and it's always growing. In addition, we are working hard on the multiplayer game. So I prefer inform users of a delay quite reasonable instead of disapointing them and make them worry
5. It's totally fair : at level 1 it's 1, at level 10, its randomly 1 to ten, etc. Don't forget it's a game
6. This also have been resolved, should be anyway. Have you tried another navigator?
7. Yer you are right I will.

1. and 2. have the same origin, happens also when clicking the button to start virtual mining.
This bug has been introduced about a month ago.
Since I never used any shortcut to bypass shortlinks (or whatever else this was about) I cannot tell, but I assume this bug comes from a faulty protection against this.

What he means is, if you close a message, i.e. the notification that 5000 new chests have been added and you refresh the page or click anywhere right after, the message reappears, while other messages, i.e. when finding a silver chest in a mission, after closing the message and refreshing the page right after, do not reappear.
Solution to that is: You have to wait a short while between closing a message and doing the next thing.

Furthermore theres still the 500 server error all over the place, caused by a faulty implementation of DDOS checking.

It's not the check level, but the fact that the script tries to fit DDOS checking in between a click on a shortlink and the redirect to the shortlink, which results in the error "too many redirects".
If I know it's time for the next DDOS check and I refresh the page to launch the DDOS check, before refilling energy through a shortlink, there is no error.

Jamboom, be serious. I think I have earned 5 usd at your site in months. A subscription worth two dollars per month is... don't want to comment. I do not complain about you sending messages, but simply about their resilience when I try to close them

If there is something I have to concede you is that your site pays always and is very reliable on that. It is the reason why I'm going on using it despite the aggression I suffer everyday. I have requested a payout yesterday and today I got it. Hat off. But it stays you didn't answer to my question: is the new rule "payments up to 7 days" or they are still performed on Tuesdays and Fridays? If it is the first, I didn't receive any info about it via message

It is not. Mission level 1 gets always 100% of the number of tickets corresponding to the level, all the other progressively less. Told in other words: in 17 minutes I can get 17 tickets if I play 17 times level one, but with a level 17 mission I have 1/17th chances (if chances are equally distributed) to get the same. Mission 1 pays more than mission 17 in number of tickets.
Why the fact that it's game must have the consequence that is unfair?

I always got one in one or two days (I do ten missions of lv 10+ approximately) but already about five days ago I did not get any. Is it just bad luck or a bug?     Thank you

It's the same as for me with the daily bonus.
Admin says the numbers haven't changed, but for "some reason" for the last 6 weeks straight I'm getting far less times Energy and/or HP than I used to get before, way less than the 10% + 5% should be.
I also have the impression I'm finding less chests in missions than the percentages would suggest, not none, just less.
But then, 6 weeks is a far too small sample to call the result significant, so for the time being we just have to trust the admin and call it bad luck.

Might be interesting, if other users would post their results here as well, so we could collect a larger sample.

A provably fair system would be the best option.
That's something really interresting and important to do and I think we will. But from now we are so busy on the Crypto Mining War game Development that we don't have the time. After the game release maybe...

Same here. Got HP once in the last month and a half. Maybe it's really just a matter of luck as I got HP with one of the highest multiplier possible
