Hi everyone!

I haven't slept a lot...

Just to let you know that since yesterday, Crypto Mining Game was under a huge HTTP Get Ddos attack, and that's why it was very slow. We have finally found the criminal flooder :

37.204.171.215 (if it can help for other website)

Once this IP has been banished from the server, we was able to see the performances back again to great.

of course, we are right now introducing a rate limiting process to the server to avoid this kind of threat in the future.

Sorry for the inconvenience, I was myself going crazy about the huge load time since yesterday, thinking it was the website fault XD

Have a nice day!

Jamboom, CMG owner.

After many tests and fixs, the VMP feature is now open to all!

It can remain issue (hope not). If so, Don't hesitate to inform me in this post, or BitcoinTalk Topic.

I will stay around and look, while coding the Crypto Mining War Game Wink

Have fun!

VMP's chat are totally shuffled in each other. Haven't found this bug in beta test, I guess it's different with a thousand user.
Anyway, it's not so bad, I'm working on it and keep you in touch Wink

How does the exchange within the VMP work?
I can't even figure out who gets and who gives.
If I for example set "get Satoshi" and "give Crystal", do I as the VMP owner get Satoshi and give Crystal, or the other way around or am I not involved at all and users are trading with the system?

I've been noticing recently that it seemed like my crystals were going away faster than i thought they should be.  i decided to pay closer attention when starting the mining game since i suspected it was the culprit, and I've noticed several times in the last few days it takes more crystals than it should to start mining.  Once today it took 2x and once it took 3x.  I don't know if i'm somehow multi-clicking the start button or if it's because of the endless string of pop-ups, pop-unders, redirects, error pages, etc., but i've been cheated out of at least 54 crystals today alone.  It seems like you should be able to code it so that it commits an error instead of taking extra crystals, perhaps?  In any event, please look into this and see if there's anything you can do to refund me some of my crystals.  I submitted a help ticket a few minutes ago, but thought i'd post here too in case anyone else is having the same issue.

By the way, this is maybe a little overkill, don't you think?...  Click the "start mining" button, kill a pop up, click the "start mining" button again since nothing happened the first time, kill another pop up, click the anti-bot link, kill a pop up, click a short link, kill another pop up, the short-link generates an error page, go back to the anti-bot page, click the anti-bot button again (sometimes get another pop-up), click the short-link again, solve the short-link (usually with a couple pop-ups!), get redirected back to the mining page, click the "start mining" button a third time, kill a pop-up, notice that i've finally started mining but it cost me 54 crystals instead of 18...

I don't know if i'm somehow multi-clicking the start button

Yes, it's a known bug of the start button, which in combination with the quite frequent lag in the site happens often if you don't know about it.
If you click the button, nothing happens because there's a lag and you click again, it subtracts crystals twice.
Solution: If you click and nothing happens, refresh the page or close your browser and reopen the page completely.

Better would be not allowing to start mining while mining is already in progress.
If you are for example mining Satoshi and you click to mine Litoshi, it will terminate Satoshi mining and launch Litoshi mining, meaning you lose the remaining time you had in Satoshi mining.

Yes, but we can't avoid users to change their mind.
If we notify the user by an overlay and a spinning icon that he is currently asking the server to mine one crypto,  there will be no more issue of this kind, but he will still be able to to change the mining crypto once the page is reload Wink

No need for that.
If I'm mining on level 18 for 3 hours, why would I waste an hour of that to switch to mining something else?
If nothing else, make a "terminate mining" button aside of the "mine" button and then do not allow any mining start while mining is already in progress.

Either way, in ANY case there's no point in allowing a user to click on "mine" of the very same thing he is already mining.
If I'm mining Satoshi for 3 hours, I shouldn't be able to click on mine Satoshi again before those 3 hours are up.

I hope you can add other coins in VMP Exchange, not only satoshi......
I want to exchange cards and chests, and I own Litoshi and Ether.
I didn't mine satoshi , so I don't have enough satoshi to exchange with others....
