There is something wrong about "My Chest".

I have 2 silver chest ready to be open. I only click one of them, after that both chest are gone. The problem is, I don't know if i get the contents of both chest or not.

Is anyone having this problem too?

I had a ticket for 9 days in and no reply. When I first started using this site and work my way to 1000 power and then used get power to boost me to 2700 power. Now a year on I lost my 1700 power which was not a year contract and all the power I had from the daily bonus box and chests over the year taking me back to 1000 power has anyone else had this.

It happend to me also. Forget it, it's the way CMG works. It's better you sit in a good chair waiting for admin to answer. 

I have the same problem too. I on May 8, 2018 I put 0.03 btc without knowing that it was a contract for 1 year (nowhere did it say it was a contract) if you look at the images it does not say anything https://ibb.co/iAwaGe  https://ibb.co/iJQrpz 

Of course, if I knew that it was a contract for 1 year, I did not deposit, since with simple calculations it was noticeable that it was not profitable at all.
in the last update I realized that they put an expiration date and the only thing I did was resign myself because jamboom cheated me on a lot of things (700k of satochis, a headset that wins me that I still did not give them, +150 referrals, every day the performance index decreases, crypto mining war supposedly was released in January, the exchange, the popads in January disappeared for all the users the promised, and more and more)

I'm just on this page because after 11 months I still have not recovered my investment

Awwww, thanks for the hint, would have never found it there.
Being on level 19 I never get to missions below 15.
I do run all missions level 16-19 in parallel, but there just isn't enough time in a day to get energy for lower level missions.

Buying it is a 1 year contract where in 1 year it pays less than the HP costs.
You can find small amounts of HP in the daily bonus, as mission rewards and in treasure chests, not always but frequently.

For one you're right, chances to find HP in daily bonus are 5% or once every 20 days and chances to find HP in a mission reward are less than 1 in 20.
So it can take a while finding some ...... if you want an estimate from long my term real experience, it takes about a year of 16 hours a day never missing a single energy claim, launching all missions you possibly can, never miss a daily bonus or in short live on this site to find about 100HP.

In relation to the time invested I don't know any other site paying as little as CMG does.
If you're active 16 hours a day at level 20 you can get roughly 1000 sat or $0.05 per day out of it.
There are tons of 5 minute faucets out there that pay upon the same anount of time invested more than CMG does.
But that never was the point of this site.
CMG is first and foremost a game, it's (aside of the popups) entertaining and fun, the money it pays is a bonus on top of having fun playing the game.
If you're here for the money, you're in the wrong place.

when the promissed new exchange will be setup and members can sell everything to everyone they want.
The only thing i think JamBoom can do that when he ask a kind of fee for every exchange ( 5% or so), otherwise it will cost a lot.

I'm very ill at the moment, so also not active as normal, and it will take a vew months to recover, so this was a one-time post/quote till i'm fully recovered.

Really? Are you guys serious!??
You are on a site where new miners CPU miners are announced all the time, along with guides on how to use them.
Said miners have a dev fee of around 1% whereas the 'just clicky-click' miners, as was on CMG, take 30% before Jamboom can even think to add his 80% (if I know him.  Which is probably why he stopped it.)

I will be happy to Remote desktop into your machines and set em all up to mine for a small fee if you like?
Said setup will include optimizations for the amount of L2 cache per core available and the hardware extensions (SSE, AES, AVX, etc)
It will also include any graphics cards you may have which could increase your income dramatically.
