• Withdraws are processing properly again and should be catching up over the next 20 minutes.
• Deposits that your missing should be catching up as well
• We added a self audit button on the balance page it works only every 30 minutes but will fix any of those pesky missing canceled orders.
• Folks waiting on trouble tickets please be patient basically had an attack on the ticket system which has put us more behind then we were before.

now 40min after this announcement and still none of my withdrawls from as old as 10hrs ago have started

perhaps you should double your withdrawl fees to
1. increase your revenue if needed to hire people
2. discourage smaller withdrawls clogging up the system

They are effectively reward points you get for trading and for referring others to Cryptsy. Only recently launched but they are saying you'll be able to spend them on Cryptsy to enter competitions, promo, prizes etc etc.  They also recently added a trading pair so people can trade them for BTC.

Last night, this crappy broken website automatically cancelled some of my buy orders, which caused me to miss some buys that would have happened otherwise.
A week ago, it was automatically generating sell orders for coins that I just bought.

Can somebody please build a proper exchange so I can take my business elsewhere please.

I can see lots of deposits problems on Cryptsy. Please consider fixing this as the next thing to do. Waiting hours or even days for deposits is not really why people use cryptocurrencies, is it?

Smoothly!? Peoples Orbitcoins have been unaccessible for 2+ weeks now, you see them in dashboard but cant access under balances. I have a Primecoin deposit with 275 confirmations in blockchain and i cant even see it under pending deposits yet..
