500+ confirmations now on my doge transfers to cryptsy, How long are you guys going to hold them in pending deposits?
Are you using my coins as fractional reserves or something? I am Not amused by this.

Same issue occurring here.

Several DOGE deposits with over 1000 confirms still pending. Good thing I've never trusted Cryptsy enough to put in a lot of coins at once.

A pause in the DOGE dumping can only be good.

I am more worried why Crypsty is making me go though their horrible login captcha song and dance twice in the last 30min.

You think they could use a nice readable one like Bter or Crypto-trade use, but oh know, they have to choose one that works badly on people with focus problems.

Well they add each deposits manually. With thousands of DOGECoin holders depositing, it will take forever to show up on your account.
Something seriously gone wrong with cryptsy. Wish we have btc-e to trade DOGE.

***Update***

At 11:24am I PM BitJohn letting him know that my account was not fixed. At 12:31pm he responded with "whats your ticket #" that was it. No apology, no "Let me take care of it right now for you", Nothing. However, rather then get upset (and point out the fact that I had already provided it via PM the other day, as requested by him both in PM and in this forum). I responded with Ticket #4##### (no asteriks, but actual numbers).

I have not heard anything back yet. And nothing has changed on my account nor been fixed. Sad

So, I would once again like to bring up the point that Mullick said many are not responding to his PM's... BUT I AM! (to Bitjohns)

On your first post, you said this

"Features:
Two factor authentication global SMS
Email withdraw confirmations
Enhanced DDOS protection
API
Customizable chat box with active coin developers promoting the benefits of their altcoins.
Support ticketing system to ensure accurate trouble ticket tracking and quick responses.
Portfolio Estimates
Ability to hide the coins you are not interested in
Great Moderators
World Class Support"

So far, I am not seeing that, and from all the complaints on this board, neither is anybody us. Take this as a wake up call so that your business can thrive!

I'm prett much loving Cryptsy right now!

So far I have had a mystery deposit of 25,000 DOGE along with a 1900 FTC deposit and now I have a random 1.5 BTC pending.

~BCX~

yeah I walked away with 2 BTC that I never deposited, where it came from I don't know... nor did I ask. This is the site that people want to trust their money with? LOL

Doesn't it piss people off that this guy is logging in daily and reading these threads, PM'ing people in private but refuses to openly address any of these issues?

Run don't walk, away from Cryptsy

***UPDATE****

I have nothing to up day as I have not heard anything, and my coins are still Mia.

Now I am starting to get mad and I am just about ready to file with the SEC and the AG.

I need this addressed immediately please. The customer service is completely lacking at this point!

cryptsy is taking like 2 minutes to load a page right now and the captcha thing has never worked properly - the text is clear as day yet it says I entered the wrong captcha 3/4 times.

gotta admit I hate the way orders are executed.. maybe it's just bad because of the trading lag but so many times I've wanted to buy or sell NOW, I put in the lowest or highest bid, even sometimes higher than the lowest seller or visa versa, my trades start executing then someone puts in a higher bid, takes over - more orders are added - I have to cancel then wait 10 minutes before I get another shot at selling.  It's so annoying, please just add an option to sell at market, first in best dressed.

Last time I heard that was from Phenixex.. Not accusing anybody of anything.. Just saying as a miner who was done out of hard earned crypto.

As a developer, I do have concerns when merchants start delisting "cryptsy" coins. We've suffered enough complaints by cryptsy not listing SXC against BTC.

Of course there are those who believe a cryptocurrency doesn't need to be an actual currency to hold value, I think they will be proven wrong.

I do hope cryptsy can overcome the challenges it presently faces.

You know those are fake tweets made in fun right? As far as the users who PM me I deal with as many tickets as I can and try to do them in order not really fair to process one ahead of someone who PM's me. 65000 users in 26 days were having growing pains. We will get past them.

For those with CAPTCHA complaints it was implemented for good reason. Make sure your not running an adblocker and try refreshing it once before you enter it. We should have that fixed soon.

Ok back to tickets with me.

I have been trying to trade my DOGE for 5 hours straight and not one trade going through. Now I've lost another pile of money on Cryptsy.
That's twice in 4 days because of technical errors. Pretty much just losing money everytime I try to give them another chance.
