ouch. today's payment was disheartening. Diff going down, divs going down. Bonus nowhere to be seen, but that's less surprising.

Labrat has stated in the past he has opted for a refund from BFL. I am assuming he bought around 60 monarchs and should be getting around 500BTC+ refund. I would like to start a petition to distribute those coins to the investors and not use them to buy more hashrate that will just go into Zach's pocket.

Per previous posts by Zach those funds had already been refunded and he was already putting them towards new hardware. This was quite a few pages back so I didn't go looking for it.At this point I think we can hope those BTC were reinvested. If they weren't they might be going towards the lawsuit right now. Also (I'm not a lawyer) I don't think any funds could be refunded/redistributed to <whatever we are supposed to be called now> while the lawsuit is going on.

It would be nice to hear from Labrat/Labrat's lawyers if payouts are minimum "required" because bonuses can't be paid out during the lawsuit as the are not specifically "owed" to <whatever we are supposed to be called now>.
Has anyone seen or heard from grnbrg in a long time? Last online: December 17, 2014, 03:57:48 AM Last post: October 15, 2014, 12:22:01 AM

I don't recall seeing LabRat say he had received the refund only that it was due soon and then all this crap happened. I assume it is being used for build out costs for the franchise deal with Mega

(grnbrg hasn't been on since Dec 17th, you still around? However Labrat was connected on the 14th of Jan)

I believe all the hash rate is in the private pool now. Surprising it still doesn't have stats on the site. Figured that would have been done a while ago.

It took me about 5 minutes to add a php api call to put my own hashrate on my site. Maybe Zach is busy relaxing in his hot tub in his new house that he bought with investor dollars.

Since the beginning "misinformation was the business tactic". We didn't really know the hashing power every week, we didn't know the hardware bought or the amount reinvested and where. Now we don't know about BFL refund. Not even a little accounting with earnings and expenses. With this info maybe if the business was a failure because of factors not attributable directly to him (BFL, wrong calculated expenses) now he could haven't been sued.
Basically he only promised reinvest 75% of earnings, an excel sheet with inputs and outputs would be enough. As smracer stated, he can be, perfectly, getting a big amount of mining's profit for himself.
Any log of hashing power in a pool can be a proof in a lawsuit.

Yeah, pretty much. "Nothing to see here" for a long time now. I don't think labrats website has been updated since October last year either. I should probably look back into the lawsuit again and see whats going on with it.

I should probably look back into the lawsuit again and see whats going on with it. After power and rent is paid and Labby deducts his monster salary to pay for his lawyer and new house and expenses, there is nothing left for us measly bondholders. Another one bites the dust. http://www.coindesk.com/bitcoin-miner-aquifer-files-for-chapter-11-bankruptcy/How long can Labrat hold on?
