Seriously thats way wrong, he never explained anything at all of this. I got paid 0.00004, 15 times less, without a single word on what he was planning.

0.0086 against 0.13 for those to accepted the shady unclear and unexplained new contract.

Did you convert to the new contract?

The original contract is fixed at 100 MH/s per contract, with no bonus.  The April 25 contract, if you opt into it, pays divs for 100 MH/s, but may also have a bonus paid at LRM's option.

What's your per-contract payment?  If you converted to the new contract, it should be roughly 0.000666BTC.

I'm gonna refrain to post what i really think of Zach right now after weeks of NOT providing any kind of information but this crap contract, not even a line up on what we should expect, seriously, 100% sure now what piece of **** Zach is, an honest person doesnt act like this at all.

Way to screw everyone who invested, MY CONTRACT DOESNT SAY 100Mh PER contract, it says a portion of the mining speed, and that isnt 100mh, not if you're paying 15 times what you paid last week, that is at minimum 200 TH, why every person dealing with bitcoin its full of crap? why..

THAT IS WHAT THE CONTRACT I AGREE SAYS. I didnt agree to any change of it at all.

Zach mentioned that at least some of the BitFury gear was installed and running during the AMA.  <speculation>It is possible that he is paying out coin earned by that hardware over the last couple (or more) weeks.</speculation>  NB:  Previous comment is SPECULATION.  He has not indicated to me that that is the case.  But it does make sense.

15 times shows a hashrate 15 times bigger? or he was hiding all the coins that belong to us and sharing with those who indulge his whim of changing the contract as he pleases without even caring of what he offered to start?

Of course he hasnt indicated anything at all, my humble opinion, he's full of crap and a plain scumbag stealing from those who helped him to start this.

I would concur that a bit of a "balloon" payment makes sense for the first bonus. Guess we will have to see a few weeks worth to see what it's averaging.

Whether need to accept the new contract so as to receive the dividends. I have not received this week's dividends.
And how to accept the new contract!
:sigh:

Email labrat@labratmining.com (from a previously verified address) and state that you want to convert.

Or PM me a signed message stating the same thing, and I will make sure Zach gets it.

grnbrg.

PS:  For the love of the FSM, verify your signature.  I have to have probably upwards of 30% of the signed messages I get redone, because they don't verify....

You've been lab_rated... basically, you fund a proyect in good faith and you get scammed by the Honest Zach and coerced to switch to new contracts if you want to be paid what it was yours to start with.

Does no one else bother to look at the tx anymore?

While LRMs 1GHz... addy shows the income from our ~18TH/s... there are numerous inputs coming from odd places...

Like this one just an hour AFTER a ghash.io withdraw... https://blockchain.info/tx/3ccde9a774ff912eec0b7b8ba851e9badb0cdf25d9117b37e724d92ff9713e42

Or this one serveral hours after a ghash.io withdraw but more than should have been mined in that time frame if this came from ghash... https://blockchain.info/tx/3a93d9b98599861f36e8b6512f83ff968a83dafba81cb4c517addd0a8ff45741

Take a look... just go down the list from the main payout addy here... https://blockchain.info/address/1GHzP4Lt5jnCo5RWKAzLYo273pis4wrRox

Seriously thats way wrong, he never explained anything at all of this. I got paid 0.00004, 15 times less, without a single word on what he was planning.

0.0086 against 0.13 for those to accepted the shady unclear and unexplained new contract.

Just wanted to come here to APPLAUSE for LabLatMining, what a true fuc*ing awesome way to treat investors. If someone should start a legal issue against LRM i would be glad to finance the action. From this day on i would like to see LRM closed for good, hardware distributed and remaining funds returned to they're rightful owners.

lol why? because you didn't follow the correspondence, and you didn't consider the issues, what lab rat was trying to achieve, and the obvious action he (and you) had to take.

Folks who are butthurt are butthurt through their own arrogance or ignorance. Folks who had faith in Zach and read about the problems and the possible solutions have been justly rewarded.

Thanks Zach - I knew you'd come good.

First contract wasn't more clear than the new one. see for yourself :

It never mention that the portion of the hardware is proportionnal to the total number of bond sold, it's just a portion.
Also the inscrease is guaranted ... but not how much so if he add just 1 MH/s he fills his contract.

I think lots of ppl including me didn't read the first contract carefully enough. The new contract is not there to screw us, he could have done this with the old one Wink
