My dream scenario is that Zach gets his BFL refund in bitcoins and immediately distributes them to the bond holders so that the lawyers can't get them. That would be a wonderful "bonus" for the week.

Zach is making around 1.15 coins per day from mining and pays out approx 2 days worth of mining to the investors.
The rest is going in his pocket and to pay power. This should be illegal if it already isn't.
Where are the rest of the coins going and where is the ~ 500BTC refund from BFL?
Any updates on the lawsuit?

Email or PM LabRat and cc grnbrg, see if they respond. I doubt LR is checking this thread. I've poked him a couple of times, and he hasn't shared anything relevant with me. No pictures from his yacht. I suspect he is still dealing with the lawsuit. But even that is just speculation on my part. I wish I had more to share. grnbrg.

BTW: When I visited him in May, and posted pictures from his datacentres, I spent a lot of time and effort faking the GPS locations in the EXIF metadata and NO ONE NOTICED!!
I am disappoint.

Your right, I didn't even look. On that note however.... half of them are Philippines and the other half are Australia. That's a fast yacht! Does it still count as a yacht?!? Geelong Chess Club, Geelong VIC, Australia 40;46;5.5:73;58;38.5 5th & 8th, Pasay, Metro Manila, Philippines 40;45;32.5:73;59;5.9 <EDIT> Sorry I was lazy and didn't bother with all the decimal places. </EDIT>

Speaking of the datacentre pictures, remember this old gem? Waiting for the Moarchs. (Just two more weeks!)

With my weekly earnings from this I could get an entire 1/6th of a water bottle.
Incredible.

Syscoin has the best of Bitcoin and Ethereum in one place, it's merge mined with Bitcoin so it is plugged into Bitcoin's ecosystem and takes full advantage of it's POW while rewarding Bitcoin miners with Syscoin

Cheer up. Well, if bitcoin continues to rise, in about a week you will be able to get an entire 1/3rd of a water bottle. Cheers Dave

I know it's a tough task, given that we probably don't know basic info like our hashrate, but is anyone keeping track of roughly how much BTC has been "set aside" thus far?

"Set aside" haha. The majority of the profits are going right into Zach's pocket.
