Hi all, Interesting. Seems LabRat doesn't live here anymore. Cheers Dave He cant comment on that court case. And I think he said nothing will happen before the 1Q. One can only hope that court case goes away somehow before that. Think thats the only way we here from LR this year.

Please do not spread FUD and false info. I'm not taking the proceeds of the mine for personal benefit and there are good things coming for Q1 2015, there are just some legal fees right now that were unplanned for. I have been advised that my only comment on this matter should be no comment and that LRM has not done anything illegal to warrant the current actions being taken against the company.
More information will become available through public means that anyone may feel free to get and share, but I am not able to comment at this time. I apologize for this.
-Zach
Dude a lawsuit forced you to come out of woods & communicate with us , where were you before , that doesn't fill any one with confidence about the the way you manage stuff & your way of managing your customers is the root cause for all the FUD , if you don't address FUD then it becomes truth. Request you to communicate with us in genuine fashion & dont have to try hard or prove any thing , just walk the talk , Thank you . De jaVu !

It should be soon enough that our shares will be eaten up by costs. That should make everyone happy.
Yah damn, I was more confident of a bit of an uptick in price by now, at least high 400s, at least difficulty isn't really going anywhere. Need to stagger through to next bubble at least, then we should be seeing a majority of mine's output distributed, instead of going to the electric company.

If it is going to the electric company then LR has the worst electricity rate in the US.
I have 160TH at .09/KW in Texas and I pay $8000 a month for electricity which leaves me over 30BTC a month profit.
A nice chunk of the profits are paying for his 500K house he bought in Monmouth county, NJ with our coins.

It appears to be zero information until further notice. That's the problem with discretionary combined with no information. . . it adds up to who the hell knows.

Do you know how much lawyers worth a damn cost? 30BTC/mo * $370 = ~$11000/mo...... If people would like to keep up with public documents, that's fine, but I can't say anything at all.

Am I assuming correctly that Zach got them to move the trial to New Jersey, and the lawyer for the plaintiffs is not allowed to continue as he's not authorized to practice law in NJ?

Yeah it seems that is the case currently - def a small win for lab rat getting it moved but it mostly just buys time. Nothing is getting decided in the case until April at the absolute earliest imo

Seemed about 4x what it has been. Can only guess that relocation/postponement has given the "bonus" fund a reprieve from legal fees for a short time.

ouch. today's payment was disheartening. Yep... LabRat is just a "thing of the past" for me now... He could be a real great venture...but it's just now some pitiful company, his name burnt in BTC business... Pitiful...

ouch. today's payment was disheartening. Amen, started off so promising for me, I even burnt what minimal BTC a friend had by recommending it. I pine for the glory days of mining at home.
