Looks like a good illustration for "Why you should not buy mining bonds turds"
Only equipment that will leave you in green is the imaginary ones a.k.a "in development". If I recall correctly, promises of grate fortune where made by ASICminer from China.
I guess, if the 28nm chip materializes on schedule, lots of people are going to have a lot of useless "old" hardware. Are we going to see more mining bond turds issued, searching for stupid money? Probably.

While reading what I wrote, use the most friendliest and relaxing voice in your head.

All I am actually asking for, is one forum thread, with only Ken's regular announcements Smiley
No brain-farts, no fanboys dry-humping Kens leg. Only regular official statements from Ken.

It's not that hard to make a moderated thread and close this cluster fuck down for good.

If you only want to see official updates, look at the news tab on BF or BTCT and avoid this thread.  It's not that hard.

This is bitcoinTALK and expecting a 'protect EskimoBob's delicate widdle feeweens from sads' thread, where TALK isn't allowed, is the pipe dream of an imbecile.

I don't have the shares and I have no idea when I will get them back off Ken. If you're okay with that though, I'd be willing to sell you 2000 shares @ 0.0055 BTC each for a total of 11 BTC. I don't know why you would want to do that though, but it's your choice.

Does this offer still stand?

Yes, if anyone is interested, the offer still stands.

I've replied to your PM about taking these
Thank you

No deal made due to funkymunkey not trusting me to send him the shares and the offer is now rescinded.

Hello all!  I just wanted to pass along a few updates while I am onsite meeting with the engineering firm regarding the Avalon clones.  First though, I would like to apologize for the delay on transferring the shares from AMC-TENDER back into your accounts on BitFunder as ActiveMining shares.  It has been a hectic week(s) and I have not had time to get these processed.  I am planning on having all of the tendered shares in AMC-TENDER out the door by end of business Friday along with dividends after the transfer.  I cannot get to these until Friday because I am still on the west coast finalizing some orders of business with the engineers on the prototypes.

Remaining shares that are not in the AMC-TENDER account:

I have talked to Ukyo, hopefully, regarding the remaining shares on AMC BitFunder, and what we can do to get them automatically processed and transferred over to ActiveMining.  At this point, I would like to request that no one else sends me their AMC shares to AMC-TENDER, so that they can all be converted automatically. I will manually tender any remaining shares in the queue before then as well so no one is left behind.

Dividends will be on Friday Smiley

Don't worry it's not about me not trusting you, it's about me only trusting a couple of people on here.
Good luck with the sales though, you should be able to get more on BitFunder anyway.

Hey guys,

Just wanted to post an update about the AMC -> ActiveMining conversion.

Ken did contact me asking if it could be done and I am working on it.
Since this is the first time it will be be done I am writing a script for this procedure and want to put it through a few runs on the live-copy internal test system and make sure all logging and other much needed data is 100% before actually executing it. I don't want any issues out of this.

For those of you who say 'just have it take AMC, and give us ActiveMining' its not as simple as that when you do extreme logging, share tracking, transaction entries, etc.
I just want to spend the right amount of time to make sure things go as smoothly as possible and not "slap a simple script together".

I was hoping to get it done today but had some family stuff to deal with. Hopefully it will be doable within the next 20~24 hours or possibly sooner depending on time availability.

Thanks for your patience and understanding!

This is completely reasonable and people will have to be patient. I'd rather something be done right than be done fast. Anyone that wants to kick their legs and scream can just sell their shares as far as I'm concerned, because as others have said... if they can't wait a little and are over anxious then they are over invested and didn't know what they were doing in the first place.

I think there needs to be a public order list of Fast Hash machines (with anonymous receiver info obviously).  As shareholders we should be able to confirm how many units leave the door when the time comes.

I think we need to start a new policy where every post is a quote of the previous post, thereby affording people the ability to not have to go back and read since people are so lazy and cant spend 5 sec doing their due diligence keeping up on the news in a company that they are likely invested in.  who's with me?

I did some simple math to figure out the Annual Return rate on dividends once we have 6TH/S up and running.

First of all, lets make two assumptions in this scenerio:
.005 share price
Avalon clones are up and running in September
Difficulty doubles in 1 month from now (~60,000,000)

Ken would mine 50 BTC/day over a 24 hour period
or 350 BTC/week

350 BTC / 10,000,000 shares = .000035BTC / share weekly dividend

.000035BTC x 52 weeks = .00182BTC/share annual dividend total

.00182BTC/share anually is 36.4%

Okay, now that we have established 36.4% Annual Return, I'm going to describe why I fucking love this number.
36.4% annual return in bitcoin land is what we would expect from a company based on what they currently have, in this case it will be the Avalon clones about a month from now.

What I'm saying is that, even if this eASIC project were to be flushed down the shitter at this very moment, we could survive with a very healthy return on the Avalons alone!

This is why I view the eASIC deal as ICING ON THE CAKE.  We're not talking about your regular icing, though.  We're talking about 100 feet of thick creamy frosty icing with hundred dollar bills sticking out.

This is one hell of a fucking cake, ladies and gentlemen.

If Ken can deliver 6TH by September this stock is gonna triple at the very least. It is incredibly undervalued right now.
