Hi,
I sent 1040 coins from SE to my Dero wallet. The status is error.
Before sending those coin i already tested sent 2 coins. Its successful.

What should i do now? My balance in both SE and Dero wallet is 0?Huh

please help!

Hello leo1in88,

The coins should not be lost, however you're going to have to put in a ticket with support at Stocks.Exchange and give them some time to manually release your Dero

Yes. I already put the ticket for support but still not recieve any respond yet.
Anyway should i keep my coin on dero wallet or just leave it in Ex wallet?

DERO: Privacy + Smart Contracts

Dero is currently operating as a code fork of Monero (Helium Hydra) with the Bytecoin CryptoNote protocol for the remaining 3 weeks of Q1. However, Dero has written a new blockchain technology based off the CryptoNote protocol with the next major step being new smart contract controls. Dero's new blockchain is coded in golang (Go) to bring together the CryptoNote protocol and smart contracts on the Dero blockchain.

There is no ICO, just hard POW mining.

The CryptoNote protocol implementation in golang is now complete and in closed alpha testing. The Q1 roadmap is on track to meet or exceed its goals.

I advise keeping your Dero where they are for now until the Dero team gets a reply from Stocks.Exchange confirming the issue is fixed.

Are there plans to implement bulletproofs in the future?
https://joinmarket.me/blog/blog/from-zero-knowledge-proofs-to-bulletproofs-paper/

There are plans to work on the scaling issues inherent in the CryptoNote protocol. The development team intends to discuss this further into the future.

Looks Exchange Deposits/Withdraw are working fine again. Hope to see no more issues again.
Successfully got withdrawal of 120 DERO at a time.

Update: Got Withdrawal error on 220 DERO. CryptoNote Protocol locks amount for next 10 blocks after every transfer. Looks Exchange need to approve withdrawal after calculating wallet unlocked balance rather than wallet balance, they should wait for approval for next 10 blocks till wallet gets balance back again for transfer.

Couldn't we just change PoW algorithm like Monero is planning to do?

Nope not for me, I still have about 950 DERO coins missing which on the site the withdrawals are stated as sent "finished", all issued transactions ID dont exist (couple of examples below).

https://explorer.dero.io/tx/9438a2a4606b7246b15de184c78a516c48dd1972796b9cb9c00643457831bedb

Sent ticket, they replied saying i would "see my coins soon" (that was about 2-3 days ago). I have since followed up with a response to the ticket and they haven't replied.

I will most likely close my account with SE after this (not the first issue I have faced), they seen to be completely incompetent. There DERO withdrawal/deposits should remain disabled until this problem is 100% fixed, these on going issues with the exchange are not acceptable in anyway and I for one will not be buying from them anymore....

I will updated if I receive my coins....

What are the Dero transfer fees?

The Dero transfer fees are dynamic and depend on the size of the transaction, priority level, mixins, and outputs, among other factors. At this time, Dero uses the fee structure found in the most recent version of the CryptoNote Protocol.

It is important to note that there are 4 transfer priority levels each with their own fee multiplier. The four priority levels and their multipliers are: unimportant (1x multiplier), normal (4x multiplier), elevated (20x multiplier), and priority (166x multiplier).

For more information regarding Dero transfers you can check out this guide (https://forum.dero.io/t/a-comprehensive-dero-transfer-guide-faq/168)

Ignore them, DNS Checkpoints are not implemented and not required in DERO Network.

I have been waiting some time now for my wallet to properly synchronise, I thought I would just wait until the forking issues seemed resolved, and then sync a new version of the blockchain from scratch.  However it doesn't seem able to sync, even though I have left the daemon to run for a couple of days.  It shows this sort of thing:

Please make sure you're running the latest version (https://github.com/deroproject/dero/releases)

After that please delete your p2pstate.bin file and your imbd folder followed by a restart of your computer and then sync from scratch using derod with no extra nodes or commands.

If you require further assistance please don't hesitate to message me.

For transfer `unimportant` it is about 0.015 DERO per output.

Perhaps, but Baikal says they will be shipping their Giant N cryptonight miner in about a week so any CN coin that hasn't hard-forked to stop it is going to get the SIA treatment.

I suspect this also explains DERO's peculiarly high network difficulty for the past few weeks, as Baikal, just like Bitmain, undoubtedly does "extensive testing" of their miners prior to shipment (ie - uses them to mine for themselves first).

There are many that suspect that they are offloading their used rigs before the Monero fork.  If this is true they aren't "testing" them at all, just trying to get top ROI by selling.
