Hash Rate was up to 20 Mhs.
Now was 11~15 Mhs.
I saw it at seb 7 pool.
Seems like incorrect calculation of hashrate, because difficulty is the same with other pools.

https://miner.rocks pplns cryptonote pools with email alerts and workers stats

Have problems occurred?
Hash Rate was up to 20 Mhs.
Now was 11~15 Mhs.
I saw it at seb 7 pool.
But i was not mining.
It was rising yesterday as well.

There were a couple synchronization issues in the last 24 hours. The Dero development team has identified the problem and are working on this as we speak.

Given their recent history of  entirely rewriting (nearly complete) and digging through all of the CryptoNote protocol they have a solid handle on the situation, don't worry, a fix is coming very soon!

By the way, the golang version has made excellent progress lately!

****** IMPORTANT ******

I have been working with support and DeroBoy this morning to try and help with the network problems that we've been seeing. To that end, I have created a network of 6 geo-diverse nodes dedicated purely to running Dero daemons. The nodes have each other as priority nodes, and it is requested that all pools add them as priority nodes too.

They are located in: New Jersey US, Los Angeles US, Dallas US, London UK, Amsterdam NL, and Singapore.

IP addresses:

45.63.6.91
108.61.220.229
207.148.5.250
45.77.89.64
45.76.42.165
45.77.242.137

To add them to your pool's derod startup command line:

--add-priority-node 45.63.6.91:18090 --add-priority-node 108.61.220.229:18090 --add-priority-node 207.148.5.250:18090 --add-priority-node 45.77.89.64:18090  --add-priority-node 45.76.42.165:18090  --add-priority-node 45.77.242.137:18090

I will be watching them carefully to ensure that they stay in sync and running fast. So far no problems noted, and they're under very low load. Any problems please let me know.

Hello everyone!

Speedie has been in direct contact with our development team and has added us 6 new nodes. I'm writing this to let everyone know that Speedie has the 100% support of the Dero team and we appreciate everything that went into this.

I am not exaggerating when I say it's things like this that make a project and community great.

Thank you on behalf of the entire Dero team Speedie!!

Thank you for the hard work Speedie. Is there a place we can donate to help support the cost of running the nodes? Would like to help any way I can.

I greatly appreciate the offer, thank-you, but the costs are already covered. My way of helping out since I'm useless with Golang  Smiley

Thanks for helping out, Speedie. I regret - yet again - that I have no more merits to give out...

One thing you might want to clarify is whether these priority nodes should only be used by pools or anyone running a local wallet?

Good point. They can be used by either. At the moment the big task is getting all of the pools synced up and then remaining that way, but certainly adding them to local wallets is no problem at all and would help.

10-4, adding those priority nodes to my batch file; keeping the ones that CaptDero suggested we use earlier.

Have you guys applied for the seed AWS and Azure funding yet? The only requirement is having emails and a website on the same domain. They give out a few thousand dollars in instance credits each without much thought.

AWS Activate application portal: https://aws.amazon.com/activate/
Azure for startups (can also still get their BizSpark Plus program if you reach out, no longer published): https://startups.microsoft.com/en-us/program-details/

Speedie is being incredibly modest as always. I am fortunate to be able to see a good portion of what Speedie has done and the word "useless" cannot be applied here on any topic that I've seen  Cool

Given the helpful spirit here, I should mention I am a cloud network security and gpu acceleration engineer (low-level systems) and can help out if needed. Just let me know. I'm most familiar with python these days though.

Thank you, I will thoroughly look through Azure's funding program. AWS requires a credit history at this time so that will be an option for after the Dero team incorporates.

I'd like to extend my personal appreciation for your suggestions, they've gone into my notes in more than one area for a proper review.

We would enjoy having you join us in Slack if you're interested? There's some great topics of conversation, a friendly and casual atmosphere, and I think you'd find it welcoming and interesting.

Plus, some of the best information regarding the project is discussed in greater detail there.

Can you try a resync using the new priority nodes added by Speedie today? They're officially supported by the Dero team. The following is Speedie's post with the relevant info and a link to a tutorial for adding priority nodes

Just to emphasize, you must also delete (or, ideally, replace) data.mdb from the c:\programdata\dero\lmdb directory otherwise the daemon will remain stuck on the forked chain, even with the new priority nodes (ask me how I know this...  Roll Eyes )

DERO: Privacy + Smart Contracts

Dero at present is a code fork of Monero (Helium Hydra) with the Bytecoin CryptoNote protocol.
Dero will be a completely new blockchain technology integrating the CryptoNote protocol with new smart contract controls.
Dero is being rewritten from C++ to Golang (Google Language) to bring together CryptoNote and smart contracts on the Dero blockchain.
No ICO just hard POW mining Smiley

CryptoNote protocol implementation in Golang is almost completed.

Deleting and resyncing with those nodes finally worked, now I just have to do a bunch of smalls withdrawals from this terrible exchange lol
