Pool is up and running fine now.
Daemon somehow was detached from network height, but was running like fine and accepting blocks from the pool. Restart of the daemon does not help, only full resync helped. We will add reserve daemon in the nearest future, to prevent such cases.

Sorry for inconvinience, we will make manual payout from our pocket in the next 24 hours to cover loses of our loyal miners.
We will use pool statistics of hashrates during stucked time to make loses calculations.

Due to stack.exchange DERO wallet is disabled, payouts to paymentId addresses will be delayed till stack.exchange will enable their wallet.

--
Update: To cover miners loses, we have increased balances on the pool for the miners that were active during daemon stuck, and added funds to pool wallet to allow payments proceed.

I just noticed that DERO is now listed on the very useful Cryptonight coin calculator at: https://www.cryptunit.com/

Crypto's listed there seems to be a target for nicehash. That's bad news if ever... Difficulty is gonna get messed up by them mining on and off the coin.

I think so. The crypto listed on the list will not be good for the miner and if it is not backed up it will be difficult to develop. There is a need for a new development plan for project management to work better.

NiceHash invaded this party a long time ago. That's why a single RX 570 can barely crank out 2-3 DERO per day despite that this is still a virtually unknown coin.

Hello, it's always nice to see more active discussion here. If you follow the network hashrate spikes closely you will notice that Nicehash contracts tend to (generally) not get paid very well. There has been some previous discussion regarding how to deal with network spikes on the forums and you can always join the Slack conversation as well. If you have any ideas that may help improve the coin in any manner the devs would love to hear from you and may implement some of your suggestions. Don't hesitate to get involved!

No it's still not... Wanna see how nicehash affects a coin? Check turtlecoin Now it's 12MH/s after 30 minutes it jumps to 27MH/s. Then when difficulty rises it drops down to 9MH/s.

That's nicehash. Dero is just steadily fluctuating between 4.** to 5.** the whole day... There could be just some big time miners mining the coin.

In the last 4-5 days we haven't had as high of a hashrate as we did for the two weeks previous to that. We were regularly jumping from 5-6 MH/s - 13 MH/s. If you go back a few pages you will notice people talking about how the network hashrate has dropped a lot and we are all very happy to be mining extra Dero

The pool operator is honest and will make sure your payment goes through. Have you tried messaging user miner.rocks on bitcointalk or using the support option on their pool's website?

New Daemon can sync chain of 32000 blocks in less than half hour with 15% AVG SINGLE CPU CORE load and requires less than 1GB RAM.
DERO Daemon can work in less than 100MB of ram too on low power systems. Pls send your feedbacks: https://forum.dero.io/

For complete details pls see: https://github.com/deroproject/derosuite

Hello, this may help https://forum.dero.io/t/dero-transfer-guide/16

You may also need to set priority (normal) and mixins (5 minimum)

I try to give honest feedback to everyone, good or bad. I genuinely think overall that this is a nice site. The English version could use a little bit of polish but it is concise and to the point. The submenu off the main menu could use some font size adjustments in my opinion and it also feels a bit plain (the submenu).

I love the animated header, the layout is nice, all of the links work properly. I enjoy what I've seen so far and I feel that other people I know personally will like it as well.
