Running away from this issue is not the right option. If you do so, then the bullies will feel like they have won the mental battle, and they will go on to harass others. First you need to complain to the HR about this issue. If they are not taking any action, then you can try taking up the matter at higher levels.

You'll not be bullied when you don't let them to. But I didn't mean that you hit them back, just show them you're not affected by them, eventually they'll get tired of it.

Just stand your ground, and further ignores them. They will get bored. If it gets out of hand, your work/HR is responsible to deal with the situation. Write down every little detail of when and what the bullies bothered you with.

bullying is inevitable in our society nowadays. There is now a form of bullying which is called cyber bullying in which people tend to bash others online.
What you could do is just believe in yourself. How can you expect others to love you if you yourself don't love yourself? Confidence also play a role. Don't mind those persons bullying you. Go on with your life and prove them wrong.

There was always someone who would interfere with us at work.Just that it was not anything serious.All these are some interferences in a positive sense, some people are kidding.But there are problems at work that are very serious.It's already a serious matter.Then we should turn to someone for help.If the boss can't help us, then we should turn to the police for violence.Then the case is becoming serious.Everything we can't solve, we need to ask for help from someone.Because everything can end up fatal.

Bullies are present everywhere especially in a workplace. They are the immature, envious, self centered individuals who are just fond of making someone funny or putting someone into shame. If you come across a bully, show him that you are not distracted by his words. Dont mind him at all because if you do, you'll just waste your time and you'll get stressed due to nonsense reason. They'll soon get tired of it if they notice that you are not giving any attention to his words.

Bullyes bulie the ones that can. That's don't bully and self conscious confident man, because they can't. So my advice is to read self improvement books and become a man that does not get bothered by opinions of others.
