What do you do after you suffer a huge loss?
If you have more money would you again take the risk and invest or would you just stop trading and try to earn in some other way?
Big losses will surely make us fear and feel a sense of disappointment. This will definitely make our mentality becomes disturbed and for people who are not ready then it can make us become stressful. To overcome this then we must train our emotional condition, I believe by teaching emotionally well then we can maintain our trust. I will continue to invest and I am confident that I can get a chance to make a profit. Do not ever give up with the condition because we all believe that with hard work then we can get what we dream.
I remembered when I started trading and after I made a trade decision and then I discovered things had gone wrong, while seeing the balance left in my wallet, I really felt like punching myself in the face and giving up with trading totally. However, it took a lot of courage to be able to accept it and push myself harder to be a good trader today.

It is a crazy world and one can make crazy decisions, but as long as you know what you are looking for, you will never give up and That is how I saw a huge loss and will always see a huge loss.

After suffering a huge loss in trading, I always try to control my emotion bearing in mind that losses is part of trading I will have to review the major cause of the losing trades  is that the strategy is flaw or I did not follow my trading plan or strategy? Possibly I will quit  live trading for a while and have a break to eradicate emotion and fear.

The first thing I need to do is check the problems and errors in my investment strategy. For example, I invest in a company's stock, I need to understand what the problem is for a company, why the company's stock goes down. Also if I invest in a mutual fund, check whether there is a problem with my investment manager or indeed a bad economic condition.the same case if I invest in the investment of precious metal (gold) in my company and so on.

Surprisingly, missing out on profits really gets me more that losing out in a trade. Today is just this day - missed out a trade on LTC because $110 seemed expensive. Then 120, 150, 200 all seemed expensive ))

Need a few days off to recover now.

My mentality after huge loss is that I stay away from any trading site to reflect what went wrong. I don't chase my loss right away because the tendency is I lose more so I study again and then try to calm myself and after that I go back to trading and make sure to at least profit little by little.

I don't really care in case of the huge loss because even in the worst case scenario (100% loss), it is not more than 10% of my portfolio as I have diversified my investment in crypto (including BTC and several alt-coins), stocks (again diversification), mutual funds, gold etc and hence I take the moderate risk where not every investment is necessarily related to the other one and hence loss from one investment rarely affects other investment.

When I'm incurring losses I just keep calm and think for alternative solutions. Normally, if the Bitcoin price is decreasing I just Hold or buy additional so that it will offset the losses. I also think that this part of being a trader/investor and just charge it to experience. Being a good trader you should know how to handle if things does not turn out the way we plan. I suggest you place your investments to Bitcoin because it is too big to fail and currently the price is keep on increasing. So you can never go wrong. Also, you need to ready news about Bitcoin forecast so that you can make a plan on when to buy or sell.

My mentality during a big loss would always be try and try until I succeed. The things is a lot of people usually feel hopeless whenever they fail in trading. But, the thing is in every business, it is not always a success. Therefore, we must keep in mind that losing is not always the end. The window of opportunities that trading offers is limitless. We just have to learn from that mistake.

Exactly. And trading again to regain your money after a loss is not gambling. It's not giving up.

Just take your time and learn from your mistakes but don't give up too soon!

A good example of a well experienced trader is to never let go all your money in on a single investment but rather take every possibilities to invest in almost everything that you're sure that is has a good outcome of profit even if it's a long term. Taking the risk to a moderate level is a sign that you are a good trader.

Hard to accept when I lose a huge amount in trading but that is life so eventually I will be able to recover, I just have to convince myself that there are still big opportunities out there, if I lose but I learn from my mistakes, I can still recover than soon if I will not quit. Trading is not an easy job, that is why we need to be focus and be strong all the time because the moment we get the success, it's gonna be the sweetest and our goal to be financially stable will happen.

For few days it seems to be big, but when we come across incidents who have got cheated and living life in a much worse manner used to feel good and thankful to God on providing more and more opportunities relative to cryptocurrency. One can never be successful without experiencing any form of loss.

It depends on my trade history, if I was able to double my investment previously and I experience a huge loss, I would definitely invest again and avoid the mistakes I have done

I will never give up and stop trading, it hurts when get huge loss but it is normal, everything must be have a risk, and loss will make me learn more so I will not experience the same thing again.
We should not easily stop because of experiencing some mistakes which is actually normal on these kind of situations and also these things will really mold us up to be a better trader and we should put up on our minds that we should learn on our mistakes and thinking off for those loses are just fees on your learning journey. The best thing to do is to minimize loss and for sure you would able to do that because you are already aware on your past mistakes.
Moving forward is the only key towards success. You can’t just stick to your loss and weep over it all the time. There are always more chances for you waving at you at the end of this tunnel. Don’t just sad and disappointed on what you have faced right now.

In trading or investing if you are not making your mark then don’t worry. Keep on trying and be confident on yourself. Things will be fine.

Dont use emotions while trading, always use your wits and guts. That way whenever you will lose a trade you will not blame yourself up or your emotions. And if you have a lose then think about what you did wrong when trading and try to never repeat that mistake.

The mentality after a huge loss.. I think just to stop what Am I doing not good.. Or just to have more patient to be learn a lot with. If I'm not going to be success  on trade,. There's a lot of way to find other's. I need to find the other strategy to success. But not to stop on trading, I will try my best to understand it well. And make earn a lot well.
It is always based on one's strategy and if it goes wrong, it is always better to count it as a trading experience and learn from it. I have had crazy ones before but when I still look at the amount of profit I have made on other trades, I still see it as just one of those few percentage of failures that are bound to happen once in a while.

The same way you can always have a huge profit is the same way huge loss can come but over time, you will always know how to manage them.

Loss is inevitable in any business including bitcoin trading. I have not experience a huge loss before but I have discussed one on one with a friend who experienced huge lost in trading a while ago.  He was so much disturbed due to the loss and he asked me what next if he should invest more money into it again. I simply advised him to do that with ease by investing taking minimum risk but not to stop. Tomorrow may be his tureen by recovering all his loss.

My mentally has always been to try and try until you succeed. The thing is whenever we stumble on failure, we cannot just let that eat us, otherwise there will never be another chance to stand up and try again. In addition, we cannot just let this moment pass because this is a really rare opportunity of earning money.

I´ve been trading since many years in Forex, and now I'm in love with crypto. Yes when you have a huge lose its hard psicologically, what you should do is first of all take notes of what happened and why. And later take a week without trading only having a look at the market, maybe you can trade in a demo but not in real for one week.
