Is bitcoin dangerous ?

Well, it is safe as a currency but it is still not recognized a currency by a lot of the countries here in this world. Bitcoin is said to be a threat to economy of countries, I think it is because bitcoin is said to be volatile, decentralized and anonymous, which I think may attract people to use it but when the more users of the country and the price of bitcoin decreases, I think it will be also affecting the economy.

It's not dangerous and why would bitcoin be dangerous? Bitcoin was made for online payments like satoshi did to buy a pizza, for faster transaction and investment.

Bitcoin is not dangerous because it's decentralized that's why nobody can ever to control it even the powerful people in the world. Dangerous can be in the terms of not getting full knowledge of how the market is and you just jump in without observing much - you will get your hands burnt at the most. But when you take time to observe and be patient, it will be a safe operation all through the trading or investment time spent.

I don't think that the term dangerous is the proper term for describing bitcoin. Because actually, bitcoin is no dangerous and is safe in all aspects wether form the users security, transactions and others. But rather, i think the most appropriate term is "risky". Any form of investment is a risk. Almost every transactions and accounts you create on the internet is a risk for all of its users. Bitcoin is created  as a digital currency or asset that is open for all the people. It gives a lot of opportunity for everyone to earn from trading and investments. As long as you handle your transactions and your investments carefully, there's nothing dangerous or risky about it.

You got it right. That's part of the driving force of bitcoin. Also, the transactions are direct from buyer to seller without intermediary. It is very accessible to all as long as you have internet access and possibly even without. The danger is, as always, when thieves steal your wallet passes through phishing or hacking. But the bitcoin network is relatively safe.

Bitcoin is not dangerous, it poses a high risk in investing but just don't invest an amount that you can't afford to lose. For me, bitcoin is much safer and faster to use than real money, I can send money from anywhere in the world without revealing my identity.

That was on my mind too, I had so many questions and doubts as well. It' s like bitcoin was courting me but it took many months til I decided to give my Yes. Dangerous, maybe not. Bitcoin is even safer than banks since we are all anonymous here.

I agree with you completely! It is safe - everything is anonymous! This in the bank requires all the information about you and with a small income you will not be able to take out a loan! And bitcoin does not care how much you get and what your story is!
