for bitcoin transaction security is very safe and convenient, because you can track the existence of the money you send, but there is a dangerous bitcoin weakness, that is when the internet is not there, then bitcoin can not circulate anymore. I think it's dangerous when you buy all the bitcoins your money then its price drops and it's just gone, it's hard for you to earn money and it will not come back. And also Dangerous in the sense that its market price is very volatile where price can go down like crazy but on the better side of it, bitcoin can give you big profit when its market price rises drastically too and in fact bitcoin is known to be the biggest wealth distribution today.
