Litecoin to be over $5000 in 2018?

If litecoin will be around 1k$ in 2018 it will be success personally i think he will be around 700 in december, because price depends on bitcoin too much.

Litecoin is an excellent cryptocurrency but I doubt it can exceed 5.000 dollars in 2018. The project is developing very well, has a good community but I think at best it could reach a maximum of $1.000

From the main crypto currency, bitcoin is expected to win over traditional currencies and means of payment. At the end of 2018, enthusiasts predict the price for a coin of the order of $ 100,000, which would mean that bitcoin will develop at least the same pace in the outgoing year. Honestly, it does not look very realistic (although what realism can be said when it comes to bitcoin?). May be, I don’t believe that any coin can reach Bitcoin in nearest future, but prices of 3000-5000$ is quite possible for such coin as Ethereum and Litecoin.

For litecoin to reach over five thousand dollars this year, it will have to do a 25x on the current price.  I think that will be a very difficult task to accomplish not only for litecoin but for any coin.  I would not bet on this happening.

I believe that LTC will rise in price. Perhaps its price will soar to $ 400 for a few months, but no one knows if this will happen ... Litecoin will succeed if people believe in it.

I used Litecoin few years, i like low fees and fast transaction,but i think its impossible in 2018 and 2019.

I am not sure about litecoin because it’s just like pump and dump coin based on speculation . I think neo or Ada which is best investment instead of litecoin. Neo grabbing more projects into its blockchain technology. Ada is having strong team and next level solution for smart contract creation platforms.

So I have taken notice of this "coinbase effect" and I really believe that it is true. I think that people are downloading coinbase, seeing how high BTC is, and deciding to invest into LTC and ETH instead. I am NOT saying that these coins will pass BTC in any way, but I do think that LTC and ETH will be in the 4-10 thousands next year for sure. we've established a new bottom on $LTC I actually should've seen this as there is a long tail on a green candle toward the middle. I'm pretty sure we've reach the bottom and should see a bounce off the support.
I would like to be honest about one of these.

There is a 40% chance in my analysis that Litecoin COULD get to sub $200 levels within the next 1-4 days. (but it will not last long at all)

I think it will not reach 5000$ in 2018, as of now the price is just 207$ and looking back at the price litecoin once reached 330$ wast the highest, but now asking or expecting to reach 5000$ is not a practical and may not reach.

Litecoin is a well known coin and its community is increasing on daily basis,its value has risen to 30% for last couple of weeks,its similar to BTC & ETH.But in 2018 it can hardly reach to $1k.BTC lost its highest value and now taking time to recover.Many developments are underway like litepay,with the help of this payment networks transactions in LTC would increase and consequently price would increase.However $5000 is not possible in 2018.

I think Litecoin is hardly able to reach $ 1000 because there are so many better projects now, investors will begin to select projects more carefully than before. Exactly. The selling point for LiteCoins is as a quicker and cheaper alternative to Bitcoin. However now, even cheaper and much faster transaction platforms are emerging.

The most notable is Nano which has a theoretical transaction speed of "infinity" (i.e. limited by the internet speed) and zero fees.

Another is Stellar, which not only offers XLM as a currency, but the network also functions and is being adopted (in third world/developing countries) as a bank and for international transfers, + it supports dDapps (ICOs etc), and is gonna have its very own decentralized crypto-exchange too!!!

Bitcoin is the king of cryptocurrency and Litecoin is definitely the queen. It is certainly a good coin with a very high prospect in future. But I don't think that It would go any near near to $5000 by the end of 2018 or next year.

I really wonder How about Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum's price when litcoin reachs $5000?
Litcoin has not any noteworthy feature to compare with bitcoin cash (legal), Ethereum (blockchain 2.0) or even NANO (zero fee, instant payment)

Maybe not. $500-$1000 its simply can be touch in the year of 2018.
But $5000 so much high. Litecoin is good and potential coin. Future good coin is litecoin. People use this coin for trading and holding.
Bitcoin and then Ethereum and then 3rd choice is Litecoin. So, everybody knows the good future of litecoin.

Where you saw such a rise for this coin is interesting. Maybe in zeros wrong then correctly at $ 400 this is predictable for her this year, but this is not a forecast and crazy.
