Litecoin to be over $5000 in 2018?

litecoin is also strong coin but I think litecoin never hit $5000 in 2018.we hope litecoin will hit $1200 in near future but hit $5000 is really too much for litecoin.

in my opinion litecoin will not be  5000 in this year-it is too much, for long term 2-3 years it could be, this year max 1000$ dollars if market will be going by bulls

Maybe it will be. But I think that $ 5,000 is a very large figure, which will only be provided that bitcoin will cost about $ 50,000 for 1BTC, all the same for bitcoin the future and I think that this will be possible only under this condition

While anything is possible in crypto, we do have to be realistic and measure the idea. Checking the numbers to know if it t would push through is something one has to do. LTC is just abt 200usd ath. So 5k means the whole crypto marketcap will explode. Mind you,  if Litecoin grows,  btc n ETH will also grow

 I Didn't see any big pump for Litecoin even more likely most of Cryptocurrencies in the down trend currently and even though the price will climbing up again soon And Back then, Everyone was saying that Bitcoin was the equivalent of gold in crypto, The Service also says it will issue an LTC-funded debit card, allowing users to indirectly spend their coins at virtually any Business. so i think it is better to wait what will happen with Litecoin.

Even though litecoin has been doing well in recent years there is no way that the price of litecoin will go that high when even ethereum has not broken that price yet. Just stick to more realistic goals for the coin like $400 so you do not end up disappointed

Although I do not like everything new, I'll still give up bitcoin in favor of new alternative currencies. Just the ideas of some are very encouraging by their scale. In my opinion, bitcoin is a very hype currency which should give the leading position a more ambitious

The possibility is always possible. The prediction is always guess. There is a possibility to reach 5k$ for litecoin but not this year. I guess more years to come from now. Maybe 5years is the best assumption.

it is difficult for litecoin to reach over $5000 because the price now is still on the $120 and it's not increasing for a while. but I believe that litecoin can reach that price in the future but litecoin needs a big support not just from the community but from the investor too so litecoin can compete with the other coins. I think right now, litecoin still worth to buy while the price is not too expensive and we can hold it for a long-term and litecoin is one of the stable coins from the last year.

For litecoin to reach over five thousand dollars this year, it will have to do a 25x on the current price.  I think that will be a very difficult task to accomplish not only for litecoin but for any coin.  I would not bet on this happening.

I think that more than $5,000 is not impossible. Everything is possible. But the premise is that the market value of Bitcoin and Ethereum has increased a lot. After all, these two currencies represent the market value of the cryptocurrency. Then everyone can make money.

So I have taken notice of this "coinbase effect" and I really believe that it is true. I think that people are downloading coinbase, seeing how high BTC is, and deciding to invest into LTC and ETH instead. I am NOT saying that these coins will pass BTC in any way, but I do think that LTC and ETH will be in the 4-10 thousands next year for sure. I like Litecoin but I don't think it will reach $5000 value this year. It is too high for an altcoin that is only a substitute for Bitcoin. Even Ethereum will have a hard time reaching a $5000 target price.
