yes you are right their tokens are still locked up and have not gotten any news from them when the tokens are unlocked, so how does all the community here announce the trade while the token is still locked

Exactly !  They said  4-6 weeks.  That's why yesterday i said 27 days passed.

Maybe we need to wait a little longer, before the end of the month there should be an announcement regarding the exchange.
I know a lot of people here are very excited, some are excited to dump and some are excited to buy the cheapest coin once dump happy.
IMO, if we will be in top 5 exchange, it would help the price to be stable as investors will live the move.

I have to repeat myself! And i don't care whether my proposal suits savedroid's plans (since they don't even show any reaction to it). They fooled their community and investors in a dramatic manner. By just continueing the way they do right now (playing for time with the hope everything calms down and will be forgotten), they make things even worse.

So.....

Refund investors! Every investor should have the possibility to apply for a refund...

I think until now only a small part of the funds has been already spent for project related things, so it should be possible to refund an investor by his application for almost 100% by return of his SVD Tokens.

This is the only honorable and legitimate way to handle this situation.

It would be the proof of a good will and would represent a true excuse by savedroid and its team. This way savedroid takes full responsibility for its actions and decisions and has at least the chance to regain trust.


Maybe someone can initiate a petition/survey about a possible refund and help spreading it among all investors ?

Refund is possible in case of insuccessfuly ICO, in case of savedroid it is not, so no one can claim refund, sorry buddy, i'm on your side but that was a risk as any another ICO.

If it's not possible to legally force them to refund those who would want that, they won't do it.

One thing about Savedroid is obvious: They like it very much to point on others, on the greed and the lack of sustainability in the market, on the high listing prices on certain exchanges which are economically not rational out of Savedroid-perspective but "moon-prices". They like it to talk about transparency and educating others, they like to present themselves as serious and reputable.

But....

They used the ICO-Hype to make as much money as possible, they used everything to hype ("Top5-Exchange secured!" - "it's possible to invest with many other cryptocurrencies" - "here is a price-prediction chart" - "made in Germany" etc.) while they could never explain why a little Startup that wants to develop an App needs more money as many of the projects who are leading today (Ethereum, Neo, Binance, etc.)

They could never explain why their token-economy could ever be worth the high price they've already given it during the ICO. And just btw: They also don't give numbers about the burning-rate while they like it to let their Investors believe that the burning will give real value to the token while the whole company is not near to be worth what they got in the ICO.

They could never explain how it's possible to be sure that their PR-Stunt would not have bad impact on the future price - which Yassin said in an interview.

And when it's about transparency.... what do they let their Investors know? Whenever it's about the important aspects they simply say "trust us".

Any informations about Exchange-Listing? --> "trust us"
How much SVD will be burned of each fee? --> "a certain percentage, just trust us"
Do you really need that much money? --> "trust us"
Was the exchange-voting legtit? ---> "trust us"
How did you come to the price-chart? How was it calculated? --> "trust us"
The PR-Stunt will not have bad effect for the price? ---> "trust us"
etc...




They have the real money now and it's naive to believe that hypocrites like that will give any of that back if they have the chance to keep it. Otherwise they would have refunded already because many wanted that the day after their PR-Stunt. But, what was their reason again?

"The project did not change."

On top of all that, the Savedroid AG actually hast 3 members on their executive board. All three of them are in/on there _with their very own companies_, 2 GmbH (equivalent to an US LLC) and Hankir himself with another AG (Aktiengesellschaft)
(corporation/inc.).

So they simply need to start to send themself some invoices....... aaaaaaand....

It's looking really crazy when you just lift the blanket on top of that mess.........

Best thing for Savedroid now would be to change CEO, and bring in a professional who could work to rebuild confidence.
At the end of the day, they have the money, an audience, the project could be pivoted into something that is working.

Impossible to change CEO since yassin is head of this scam project, just stop thinking this project and move on, there is no future, if you want take action find a good lawyer and fight for refund since money still in escrow

It's not a scam project, but rather we are getting lied to with false promises of exchange listing and voting results. I bet there is still currently no top5 exchange. Why would the top5 exchange not list us within 3 montsh? As said before, either there is no top5 exchange or Savedroid got rejected after the PR scam stunt. They are simply now buying time to get listed on another top 5 exchange while at the same time not willing to pay for the listing as required. Binance listing usually costs a few millions. Savedroid probably is willing to pay them 10k or so. I don't believe that we are getting listed in june or july. Savedroid turned in the telegram group already to the synonyms "Whendroid" and "Scamdroid". Totally deserved in my opinion.

I'm not a lawyer, but as far I know now the refund depends only on their desire or perhaps, a collective lawsuit against them will force to do it.

I'm not a lawyer, but as far I know now the refund depends only on their desire or perhaps, a collective lawsuit against them will force to do it.

SADLY, in german law there is no way for a collective lawsuit. Everyone has to set up his very own lawsuit on it's own....

But maybe there are other ways to achieve a somewhat similar case..

Dunno, i have ideas and hope to be able to get them up and running, exactly for this type of mess..
