I'll try to bang it out tonight. I used to write these types of things way back.

Awsome. I was working on this a bit last night. Thanks for doing this. Saves me alot of headache. BTW, would you be interested in helping to refactor the code to make it more readable?

BTW, casinocoin - you mind putting the source in a new casinocoin github repo and please set at least 1 other trusted admin.

If you guys can wait a couple weeks for refactor the code then no problem, because we have rotoCoin halving in 3 days and we are a little busy! After that we'll be glad to keep helping!

Also we can talk about merged mining or changing the algo to Scrypt-N to prevent asics.
There's too many things to do!

Cheers!

Block 445000 is almost there. 8 hours to go or so. Is the wallet 1.2 ready? Or isn't it needed yet and will the walletupdate come later on?

Hi guys !! Don't freak out still Cheesy
I am working to have the wallets ready in a couple hours, perhaps Mac OS X will be later, because I have some problem with db libraries compiling, but Linux and Windows are in testing phase Wink

I just recommend you all to spread out the news and be ready to download the 1.2 version when it comes out. I will prepare crc checks and virustotal reports, just like I always do on every compilation for bitcointalk.

See you later here Wink
Regards !!!

If you want to support my contributions to the crypto space with some caffeine or a beer in form of satoshis: BTC 17z1x4gr1GsjM7Tgh5qYamDNrAx3LvrpTa Wink Thank you very much!!!

Perhaps a bit longer as KGW keeps getting exploited. Have been stuck on block 444429 for a couple of hours. Diff not too bad at 106 so it shouldn't take too long to solve.

What I was thinking as well, the main thing is to get cryptsy and all of the miners updated.
Does anyone know of existing mining pools I might not know of

Well that just pissed me off I sent a ticket for general inquiry to cryptsy and they send me back this automated bs:

Maybe someone of c++ guru's can look into src/rpcblockchain.cpp : GetDifficulty()

CasinoCoin debug window console and remote JSONrpc "getmininginfo" return wrong result. Atm real diff is ~106 but "getmininginfo"  returns 0.96797779.

Edit:
Has anyone successfully compiled on Ubuntu from here: https://github.com/casinocoin/casinocoin
I will update xpool.net:8840 with this version if it's ready to go...or should I wait?

So I was just looking into adding some custom CSS to /r/CasinoCoin to make it a little flashier and maybe drive some traffic to it.

It would appear Refrako (or maybe someone he gave control to), the guy that initially claimed the CSC subreddit (who then modded me, and then I modded Transcoder and CasinoCoin), has deleted his account, removed mods from /r/CasinoCoin, and set the subreddit to private.

How thoughtful of him.. is anyone still a mod there, does anyone still have access, and does anyone know why the hell he did that?

I initially asked him to hand over ownership so I could either maintain it myself, or give it to transcoder or someone responsible. He did not and held onto it. And now the subreddit is dead..

I was wondering who had initially started it, but I've got another one not as good a name @ r/casinocoins I can make you a mod of that one! And we can talk to reddit about getting the old one back possibly ?

I'm in the irc sometimes but will download a client to keep my acc in there Smiley

Any status on the windows compile for wallet, as well source is good to go just waiting for a check from roto or embi

Fantastic, I've been a bit absent from CSC lately but I'm glad people are still working away at it. I suggest the IceChat IRC client. IRC is extremely useful when collaboratively working on stuff like this. Checking out /r/CasinoCoins now. Maybe we can reclaim /r/CasinoCoin that's not a bad idea.
