The good thing is that we're about 30 blocks away from the next difficulty adjustment using the old algorithm, which should drop the difficulty significantly due to the current network hashrate. This should increase the number of blocks found a day and hopefully speed things up a little.

We wanted to give operators of exchanges, gaming platforms, pools and site admins advanced notice and enough time to schedule in the upgrade in order to avoid potential issues that could cause forks in the CasinoCoin block chain if the upgrade were not to be performed in time.

Re-indexing took about 6 minutes.

The pool at https://www.megamineros.com/CSC is now also upgraded to CasinoCoin v1.1.0.0!! Also used the upgrade window to do some server maintenance, install patches, upgrade stratum and restart the server  . All ready now for block 227000 and a bright future for CSC. Do not worry about the current value, long term it will prevail!

whats going on with the value on cryptsy

My assumptions are people have put their coins into cold storage or are hoarding them and waiting for the future. The market has dropped quite a bit in total volume on cryptsy(trading)

Current network hashrate is 19MHash and i am doing 5 MHash of that. Get back to mining CSC and lets kick in the Kimoto's Gravity Well as soon as possible !!!

I've got 2.7mh so together we are @ just under 1/2 of the mining. Been going strong at 2-3mh for over two months straight now!
Guessing a lot of people have moved back over to doge or something to profit and are just sticking us with the hard blocks. A shame, but means more coins for us even if it does take a little bit longer for the fork to kick in!

Been absent from skype for some days as well, be back tomorrow to chat and answer all updates! Just been jam packed with catching up, and trying to get ready for the new year with domain renewals and all that fun stuff.
