Dear CasinoCoin users,

We will add CasinoCoin on thursday. Selling will be enabled next month to protect the market price.

Kindly regards,

K. Rokven - CEO LiteBit.eu

will you be offering some type of ecommerce integration?

I have a site that is nearing completion and would love some type of automation for payment.

thanks!

Mined from Nov - Mid Feb Straight 24/7 Really wish I had around 5m CSC
Could have mined around 100 LTC in that time frame, but hey here for the long run right..

Glad to announce CasinoCoinCity has gotten an anonymous donation of 1BTC to keep the servers running and allow for some more upgrades we will not be going anywhere.
The planned addition of games is not possible at the moment, but if value climbs or if we find funding/partners then we will go ahead with the other games(slots, blackjack, etc)

you can still get to 5m. hehe I'm definitely open to adding more. This could easily turn into a shortage situation. Wink

CasinoCoin has been added to AllCrypt.com! (If you deposit within 30 mins of this post there may be a delay in processing - the blockchain is being indexed and dealt with and until that catches up in our database deposits will be slow)

Casinocoin Bootstrap.dat

bootstrap.dat

bootstrap.dat allows a new Casinocoin client (not synced) to rapidly import the initial blocks from a
local file instead of slowly downloading blocks from random peers. This significantly reduces the
time it takes to get a client synced with the current blockchain.

Simply having bootstrap.dat in Casinocoin's expected data directory will make your initial block sync
much faster. The import process can be even faster if you use the -dbcache=1000 command line
parameter which uses an additional 1GB of RAM for the database index cache.

Extracting the bootstrap.dat.xz

Regardless of your operating system, use the following steps to make use of the bootstrap.dat file:

1. Download bootstrap.dat.xz from mirrors or torrent.
2. Decompress the bootstrap.dat.
3. Put it into the Casinocoin datadir. "%appdata%/casinocoin" / "~/.casinocoin"
(This is the same folder that contains wallet.dat and the blocks folder.)
4. Delete bootstrap.dat.old if you want to recover some storage space.

Casinocoin Data Folder

Linux
Code: (auto:0)
xz -d bootstrap.dat.xz
Casinocoin's data directory is located in ~/.casinocoin/ by default. You can run ls -a to see
directories that start with a period. You can also search for the directory with the following
command:
Code: (auto:0)
find / -name wallet.dat -print 2>/dev/null
Mac
You can obtain xz from MacPorts or http://macpkg.sourceforge.net/.
Casinocoin's data directory should be located in ~/Library/Application Support/casinocoin/.

Windows
7Zip is a free utility that can decompress .xz files, so does the latest version of WinRAR.

Click on Start then Run (or press WinKey+R) and type.
Code: (auto:0)
explorer %APPDATA%\casinocoin
Casinocoin's data directory will open. "AppData" and "Application Data" are hidden by default in
Windows.

Copy bootstrap.dat to data directory

Copy the bootstrap.dat to your data directory. Load the Casinocoin client and wait for it to load the blocks. After loading is complete, the bootstrap.dat will be renamed to bootstrap.dat.old at which point you can choose to delete it.

serious buy order @ cryptsy... 5M CSC  Shocked

Well they can't have my 3 mil for less than 0.0025 BTC each... I'm in this for the longer haul. hehe  With the action in CSC lately, I'd almost expect a significant move up any day now. The price has drifted down on a low volume market due to cryptsy allowing autosells and 1 - 2 coin dust orders.
