a question, what happens to my current coins in my crypsty wallet once a fork occurs? What is the procedure that is expect to happen with the various exchanges?

sorry for the noob question

If a fork occurs, it will affect all coins generated after the fork, your currently mined coins will be safe.

People need to mine at other pools!! csc.hash.so is too powerful right now, I have moved mine away for the time being and will switch. Looks like we are good (update)

The grue lurks in the darkest places of the earth. Its favorite diet is adventurers, but its insatiable appetite is tempered by its fear of light. No grue has ever been seen by the light of day, and few have survived its fearsome jaws to tell the tale.

do the exchanges need to do anything on their end once the fork happens or is it pretty seamless?

Just update to the new client is pretty much it.

If you want a great place to mine that has all the benefist of hash.so without the drawback of taking over the network, come mine with me at www.zenproductions.org/csc

What server is it, I mean what company hosts it and what specs?

Also what do you mean by thread?

Awesome! Moving forward well mate.

What will the finished homepage for CSC City look like?

Ive updated the home page as you can see all the pages dont quite work yet because we are currently implementing the login and profile system, but this gives you a feel of what the casino will look like. There is quite a few changes to be made especially graphical. There eventually will be a light/dark version of the website you will be able to choose from but to keep things simple from the start it will be the native black and red with mostly white text. The banners across the top are obviously not my specialty, and need some work I should be able to hire someone for these without a hitch. Live support will be added soon in the bottom right corner that will hover!

You can expect to check back here frequently for changes. We are adding the SSL tomorrow so it may go down for a few minutes.

The CSCcity comes alive!! Wow, looks good. Succes with implementing coming days!!

That logo on top is not bad at all. The dark part of the logo is only a bit less visible because of the black background.
I like the logo above. Nice that there can be choosen between a light and dark version later on.

Is the background on CasinoCoinCity supposed to default to black? It looks a bit ugly to me.

My pool isn't really all that big. There are bunch of much larger instances in the network, for example this wallet: http://altexplorer.net/address/CGxVM2GRAuSK8xv4dkQCi4b6UB587kXiRB is currently taking most of the blocks. It might be someone else, but the net hash rate also jumped to 2Gh/s, so I wouldn't be super worried about my 70Mh/s pool Smiley

Hash.so mining pools with easy coin switching! vardiff, pplns, and 0% fee (1% default donation). Come join us! Smiley
Currently we have 40 scrypt coins and adding new ones all the time.
Support/request thread here.

Looking good there. They should implement a Fiat to CSC trade and the coin is good to go!

It is more sprankling (and inviting to play Wink) with the good colors, that's all. Looks very, very good right now.

Hey there, you would need to have some bitcoin at the moment to buy CSC. The best exchange right now to trade is cryptsy.com
Cheers

Sorry if i missed you talking about CSC City but 3 pics on there look very squished.

Roulette Table, Casinocoin city at the way bottom, CasinoCoin Cards in the middle, the opening soon of CasinoCoinCity image made by someone here looks hideous in the middle of the page when it pops up. Other than those minor issues, it looks incredibly aesthetically pleasing. Amazing job, adds more confidence to the coin. Let me know how we can keep on moving this forward.

Cheers!

Just a quick update on some development progress -- I'll be back this evening to catch up on PMs and messages in this thread.

Progress is being made on the update to the CasinoCoin client. I'm targeting finishing it up and testing it by this weekend, and I will need to coordinate with the pool operators early next week since this update requires a hard fork.

I finished up with the CasinoCoin mining calculator - it can be found here:
http://casinoco.in/mining-calculator

Also complete is the CasinoCoin exchange rate calculator which can be found here:
http://casinoco.in/exchange-rates

The CasinoCoin homepage header was also updated to include CasinoCoin relevant stats such as: CSC/BTC rate, CSC/USD rate, network hashrate and current difficulty.
