MegaMineros Pool..just awful. Takes several times to log in each time due to token expiring (?!?), then don't send email they tell you that they will..then don't respond to email.
Fuck that shit.

The token expiring issue is inherent with the security system used by MPOS. Usually triggered by bad cookies and staying on a page longer than allowed. Even the latest version has the issue, though not as cripplingly as previous versions. You're more than welcome to mine at my pool, which deapite the visual bug is running just fine. I suggest all miners direct themselves to pools from active CSC members such as hash.so and me. Our pools will be much better at supporting CSC issues and miner support.

From all indications thus far, the hard fork transition has gone smoothly! Thanks to all of you for your timely upgrades and for helping out to alert others of the hard fork. For those of you reading this who are not currently on CasinoCoin 1.1.x, please upgrade as soon as you can. It's been really interesting to see Kimoto's Gravity Well in action since block #227,000! In the days leading up to the hard fork, the network hashrate was somewhere between 20-40Mh/s since we were stuck at a higher difficulty. Whenever difficulty would drop and CoinWarz would show CasinoCoin as the #1 most profitable coin, flash miners would come in from the multi-pools, and after 720 blocks, the difficulty would shoot right up again. Since KGW kicked in, difficulty adjustment has occurred after every block (you can see this on the block explorer: http://explorer.casinoco.in/chain/CasinoCoin), and as the network hashrate increases/decreases, the difficulty adjusts automatically to ensure a block is found ~30 seconds, as the original protocol specifications for CasinoCoin was intended. This is a major plus for miners and the mining stability of CasinoCoin! With mining stability in place, we're now seeing a network hashrate of ~200 Mh/s even when CSC isn't in the #1 spot on CoinWarz, and hopefully this rate continues to sustain. For anyone interested to see these real-time network stats, you can view them on the CasinoCoin homepage at http://casinoco.inNow that we have addressed mining stability, we as a community can focus on the next task at hand, and I'd like to hear what you would like to see our focus on next.

In the last 2 weeks, I've been notified of new sites and services that have integrated CasinoCoin, but I've waited to officially announce them until after the hard fork has occurred. Now that we've successfully transitioned, I will be announcing them over the next couple of days in this thread and on social media.
In order to grow CasinoCoin, it's important that the community supports the hard work and effort put in by these sites and services that have integrated CasinoCoin, or have built services for CasinoCoin from the ground up. Using your CasinoCoins to play games, make purchases, spreading the word out, tipping or even dropping a thank you note to the people behind these services are ways you can show your support. Getting the community to rally behind the adoption of CasinoCoin will help to attract new merchants and game operators into the space.
I'll be putting together a page on the CasinoCoin homepage that will show people where they can play and spend their CasinoCoins at. Look forward to seeing this list expand!

I would say 1, focus on exchanges, 2, get the coin integrated into existing gamble sites as a payment method or playable CSC credits by developing some sort of reliable payment mechanism

Eventually as a part of the rewards system we will be opening high limit tables in the future. European roulette is almost finished! Hi Casinocoiners, Just a heads up that I will be doing some testing of the "donating to miners" feature of P2Pool in the next few hours. In order to get in on the donations please mine on one of the Casinocoin p2pools. Edit: I noticed that some Casinocoin p2pool nodes have not updated to the latest source ( https://github.com/CartmanSPC/p2pool) In order to be included in the donations make sure to mine on one of theses: xpool.net:8840 us-east1.cryptovein.com:8840 csc.e-pool.net:8840 ...there may be more Info for anyone else wanting to donate to miners on p2pool: Donating to P2Pool minersIn order to encourage people to mine to P2Pool you can donate to the recent miners in proportion using a sendmany: For example, a bash script to donate 100 csc is: ~/CasinoCoin/src/casinocoind sendmany "" "$(GET http://xpool.net:8840/patron_sendmany/100)"You can replace "" with "accountname" if you want to pay from some specific casinocoind account, and replace xpool.net:8840 with the address of the P2Pool node used to send the donation through (any node will work). Note that the amount you donate will be allocated to recent miners in proportion to the amount of work they've done in the last 24 hours or so, but all the miner whose shares of the donated amount are less than 0.01 CSC will have their shares combined into a single amount which is awarded to one of them at random, with the chance of winning this 'lottery' weighted by the miner's recent amount of work done. You can change this 0.01 CSC threshold like this, for example, which says to pay 100 CSC, but to share it amongst more miners that the default, cutting off at 0.001 CSC instead of at 0.01 CSC: ~/CasinoCoin/src/casinocoind sendmany "" "$(GET http://xpool.net:8840/patron_sendmany/100/0.001)"This also works the other way. If you don't want any payouts to be less than 1 CSC use: ~/CasinoCoin/src/casinocoind sendmany "" "$(GET http://xpool.net:8840/patron_sendmany/100/1.0)"Pasting the URL in a web browser will return a preview of the donation to each miner. Note: The unix program 'GET' is required. You can install it by typing: sudo apt-get install libwww-perl If you decide to donate you should announce it on the forums so that your donations provide the most incentive possible.

Great job implementing the new diff. adjustment. I had moved away from mining CSC due to the wild swings. Pointing my miners back very shortly.

BadBrains! I remember you from quite a while back! Glad to see you back around. The Fork was needed and we have done some other small things within the community to make the coin better and more appealing! Can say that mining is 2x better then before block 227000 unless it was back at the starting of Dec when everything was much more suttle.

Good stuff. Any possibility of cryptorush or coinmarket? A healthy trade market is good for the coin, imo.

A suggestion to update the btc value on the mining/exchange calculator at casinoco.in to use coinbase or bitstamp prices as opposed to mtgox (which shows a btc value of $106 usd at the moment.)
