Bob's repair's project is indeed incredible, but my question is how bob's repair differ from decentralized forum. Do bob's repair will have a KYC for the labourer? if none they can just create or add different name. I feel troublesome on this side since it's decentralized.

You are just being reasonable and i can’t think of any reason why Bob will not require personal identification from the contractor if they want to be listed in the platform. Since by not requiring them will put the platform in danger. And clients has to browse to find the contractor they want and need and with out identification proof how are they going to take them and if they will ever do, that would mean Bob taking the responsibility of safety in the part of the consumers and if it is found that the contractors are fraudulent and untraceable because they had just invented a dummy profile, i dont know how Bob would be dealing with it.

The answer would be : EXPANSION. Blockchain is Immutable. They are going to adapt their existing platform in Blockchain. They already have past users so i'm sure those will switch to their new immutable blockchain based platform.

As I read on the whitepaper, they discussed how many services they offered but they are not satisfied with STWP because it does not meet the answer to the real problem, the review fraud and hidden costs. That is an interesting opinion, I also like this idea about the discovery Blockchain technology, and it is a good choice to lanuch the bob's repair ICO project.

It can go both ways. If the ICO isn't successful, I'm sure refunds will be conducted to all investors appropriately. If It's successful (like It's  looking to be). It'll be listed prior to the close of the main sale. The presale phase has already been completed raising over 6000+ ETH. So It's still too early to make conclusions about the team running away with the funds.

No. Only the pre-sale is finished. If you remove your signature you will not be entitled to a payment in the end. If i am not mistaken ICO will end in March.
