today ive had a constant 1000khs less on pool stats! Shocked

what gives

Today we had a ton of disconnects. And I think I just found out why, and fixed it. Hopefully.

When we find like 40 blocks of a coin, I process them all in one batch. If we find another block during the batch processing (which could take a minute), it blocks the pool process until the batch process is done.

So hopefully that was the issue.

The reason it was bad today was that today's main coin had a very low difficulty.

Even in the event that an attacker gains more than 50% of the network's computational power, only transactions sent by the attacker could be reversed or double-spent. The network would not be destroyed.

"Traceback: <class '_mysql_exceptions.IntegrityError'>: (1062, \"Duplicate entry '1AvyJE9XzbzQHKvQvqFxdeqpRhynBJkL64' f......................

been getting this all morning and lost shares to stratum disconnects all night.

was going outstandingly well yesterday.

Stratum disconnects are because I still need to fix database speed.

The exception is because of a bug that I fixed in a couple of coins, but not all yet. The temporary fix is to make sure all your workers that use the same username all have the same password. If they already do, and you're still getting that message, please let me know.

tried using same password for my 4 workers but only 1 card was being used. I changed back to different passwords for each and they are all hashing again

Did you have that exception after I posted that I fixed it?

I did a reboot, just a quick look now and its showing 77% efficiency which is relatively good and Im in EU
22.6m coin diff ? I think I prefer the harder ones as they don't solve faster then my ping

and just now 165k diff which means the cg screen fills with new block detected and efficiency is dropping as I type.   Think I'll log off  Embarrassed

I just tried all passwords the same 10min ago after reading back through the thread. I am also getting false MH/s reading from your webpage intermittently over the last 24hrs.

goes up to 1.9 mh/s also (miner shows 2.1)

Looks like I lost 6 hours of production just now.  Unexchanged balance has been fluctuating wildly the past few hours too (excluding conversions to balance).  Still that CAP issue?

No. I'm looking into that. We just sold a bunch of stuff, but it doesn't look like people were credited. I'll post when I've got it figured out.

The balance on the website is now updating as it should.

European Miner here. Whatever you changed at the pool worked. Getting only about 1% stales now, down from 7% previously.

Just noticed daily payout totals as of 7/28 seem inflated compared to payout totals on miners account page.

I've had my farm hashing on this pool almost 4 days now. If i add all 4 columns (immature unexchanged, unexchanged, balance and paid) I am looking at a 14% gain versus mining LTC over the same time period, and that is with 10% rejects. I plan to stay but hope efficiency can be improved somehow.

Yup, same for Multipool.in

Both pools are bombing coins with high hashrates, pushing them up to high diff for what? 0.14x extra gain? Yup...
It makes no sense.

Mine a coin, stick to it, promote it, make more than 0.14x extra.

Pretty sure I remember reading a thread on the FTC forum about auto switching pools throwing a bunch of hash @ FTC during one of the 51% attacks, effectively halting the attack?

Many of us "coin bombers" probably already hold UNOCS coins, mined on dedicated pools, myself included. The current situation, to some extent, is the result of broken promises, missed deadlines, market manipulation and in some cases, flat out lies. There may well be legitimate reasons for the former, though it does not preclude the reality that drives profit seeking.

If we are dumping an undervalued coin @ or near spot it should present opportunity.

You need to understand that I can and do appreciate legitimate attempts at innovation and have supported them to the extent I can afford when I feel they are deserving, however there are limits to my philanthropy, risk acceptance and naivete.

"Ask not what can the miners can do for you, ask what can you do for the miners.." The FTC POS app being used at the recent pub event would be an example of this and I believe its being reflected in the recent FTC price trend. Keep up the good work.
