The thing you said I see no true to fact. Because can not have case Bitcoin suddenly dropped to zero, if the rate of discount will also reduce its Bitcoin slowly over time. And can affirm surely that Bitcoin will not be reduced to zero, can only be reduced in a certain period of time like the present. If it drops to zero, the cryptocurrency market also will no longer exist in the world anymore, and that will never happen, lol  Cheesy

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

I dont think bitcoin's value is gonna go to zero. Zero is like no value at all and that is kinda like for free. I would still buy bitcoin or have bitcoin even if its value will go to the lowest. I trust bitcoin that much and I know it will rise again.

if bitcoin goes to zero, I think many of us will buy bitcoin with a lot of amounts and will keep bitcoin in their wallet. I will buy bitcoin too and will wait until the price increases again. but if there is no other way for bitcoin to start to increase again, then I think we don't want to keep bitcoin and we will abandon bitcoin on the dark side.

but I don't think that bitcoin will go to zero because now people seeing bitcoin is a new opportunity for them to change their way into something better than yesterday. so they give their support to make sure bitcoin is still alive and we can use bitcoin for many things.

Bitcoin will never go to zero!

Bitcoin will not come to zero because the bitcoin demand is very high as compared to the other commodities which were using in online jobs. Bitcoin is widely accepted everywhere and for me bitcoin is important because i can use it for many jobs whenever i need a work through his forum i can give it to someone and we can pay in bitcoin to them. i don't think so that the value will come to zero the young generation are using it very frequently.

Rest goes to zero as well?

Which is kinda weird. Everything is measured in BTC. Which makes it the digital gold and bridge between $ (real world) anf crypto.

This will never happen. Each day, people are learning about BTC. More and more people are waiting for that BIG CRASH, BIG BUBBLE TO BURST, or BIG CORRECTION, so they could buy more BITCOINS. I would buy more and more of it, if that happens! I don't think, that would even happen.

It's nigh-impossible for BTC to go down all the way to zero.

Even if it drops dramatically for some as-yet-undetermined reason, its (global) reputation as a speculative investment would ensure that people would buy it en masse long before it hit zero.

Well it depend on the reason why it become zero, if it doesn't has to do with other then it will not affected others until  zero, for now everything is still measure in BTC when Bitcoin is not popular anymore then it will be replace by other crypto, if Bitcoin become zero it will have a huge impact on crypto currencies world, imagine the pioneer of crypto collapsed

Well, it depends on the reason that brought bitcoin down, if it's another cryptocurrency then no they won't be going down, but if it's something that makes people lose faith in all cryptocurrencies then the whole cryptocurrency market would crash.

Definitely! It depends on the reason why it goes down. The possibility that cryptocurrency will shutdown is only when internet would should down which is highly unlikely. Maybe the reason would be that the government will ban it all over the world so the only way to have it is by illegal means so people would just let go of their coins because we don't want to be punished and be jailed because of using it but this is not likely to happen as well. If ever bitcoin only goes down because another cryptocurrency has been able to have more supporters than bitcoin then other cryptocurrency would not be worthless.

In an attempt to maintain bitcoin depends on where the market sees the bitcoin itself if bitcoin is not favorable then investors will switch to another, and the possibility of bitcoin may return to zero

Yeah i agree, if there is a big reason that bitcoin will go down , maybe all of the other coins will go down as well, or it will be the end of cryptocurrency world. Because as of now bitcoin is the number 1 cryptocurrency so its impossible to go down at this moment.

First of all this is impossible , think if bitcoin =000$ , then it is possible ? , Because we know very well that if bitcoin hours down then another people will buy with small dump Because they know that they can make big with small dump and can make big with big dump also, so this is about impossible for bitcoin to have zero , but if we consider the same for the all cryptocurrency market then that will be useles thing for bitcoin Because bitcoin have value in doller and $ can't go for zero .
Well.here all conversation is like impossible for now because people knows exactly that what types of things they are using and what is future to have them , so no chances for such things to go zero .

Bitcoin is not going to go to zero, stop thinking about that.
And if it really crashes, almost all the other altcoins are going to follow the same pattern, so do not expect to see all the altcoins going up, because it wont happen.

I agree that bitcoin will never come to zero based on the fact that many have invested in it and presently people are still investing in it. The  demand of bitcoin for online transactions and others are on the increase, and since it is widely accepted and use, It can never and will not come to zero.

I think Bitcoin will not go to zero even if it is been dump. Now, a look back at bitcoin price swings in the last five years, which include several stomach-churning tumbles of 40% and even 50%, makes it clear the world’s most popular crypto-currency was—and is— volatile.
It’s also apparent that most of the bitcoin crashes coincide with speculative run-ups coupled with exogenous shocks, such as a major hack or a government crackdown. Also, in most cases, bitcoin has bounced back from the crashes in months or even weeks.

I'm honestly hoping it crashes back to $500. I find that it's best like that, in the mean time. When more people get into it, sure a higher price is good. But right now when majority of the holders are people who know nothing about it trying to flip a quick profit, it's irritating.

Hi there Bonanzacoin! It is really weird that the price could go to zero. I think that event would not happen unless the whole blockchain technology and the bitcoin network, including miner were all together wiped out. But if that event happen I hope you have a plan for it cause in my case I got plan B. B as in bitcoin, as an avid user and loyal to bitcoin, I will still be proud and honor to experience the technology it serves.  Wink

I don't think it is possible. If bitcoin will go to zero value I think all other coins will be useless as well. It will only happen if the blockchain is destroyed or we will not be able to use internet again.
