Out of curiosity, what's the price for the replacement fans??? I don't see them listed on the website.

Well, all I can say is email them and ask.
In my case Nick was nice enough to send me 2 fans gratis, no doubt at least partly from me getting many k$ of miners and PSU's from them ever since they were picked by Canaan to be a distributor. The older 721's & most 741 miners were bought directly from Canaan and as such Canaan had to do the fan replacement. Painless but took touch over a week. The spares cover me for that next time.

When I opened two of mine up, both were CoolMasters.  Nice to see them use name brand fans instead of low-bid ones (my S9s have at least 3 different brands of fans).

Still waiting for a replacement fan for one that is running slow.

This happened the first time I created the topic, but after messaging them this one has been allowed to stay in hardware until now.

I guess the moderators have changed their stance over the past few months. I can see why, now that the frenzy has died down, it was nice in the past knowing exactly when product was available.

Just got my two A841's to replace a dead R4 and dying s9 along with another PSU. About the PSU -- ordered the APW3++ (1600w) and Blockforge upgraded it to the APW7 good for 1800w.

The CoolerMaster fans these 841s come with are actually low quality. I've already had a bunch of them fail on me. I am planning of replacing them all with Delta 4.8A fans. These CoolerMaster fans _will_ fail, it's only a matter of time. I wish Canaan would've used Delta or Nidec fans.

My coupons said they were only good for 821 late March batch while supplies last. That batch has been long gone.

If you received the coupon for placing a "big" order, you might want to e-mail them directly to see if they can make you a new offer.
The most they can say is no, but Blokforge has always been good to their customers, especially paying customers.   Goodluck!!!

EDIT :

After only one day  they called me on phone, sent me many emails, and everything is now fixed.

The only issue was me being not patient.

The best service i ever had, and i didnt even saw the guys in real. I feel so bad being so suspicious about them.

I'll buy again for sure ...




Is blokforge a scam ?


I sent them about 3500$ USD for some miners, and i never received anything.

THey dont answer at my emails, and nobody 's answering the phone at their office, if there is one. ever.

I just wasted a lot of money for some scammers …

The order was placed on  2018-09-22

In my payment, i forgot to calculate the fee from my wallet's website. which is 0.0005 BTC, so their system received an incorrect amount from the payment, and as it is said on their website in the moment of the payment, the system of blokforge will NOT link it to the correct order.
But still, it will take it !

It was my fault about sending the wrong amount of money. If i make it short, i owe them 0.0005 BTC to complete the order.

But they are NOT answering at my email, not at the phone.

How do it get the money back ? Or should i send 0.0005BTC at the same wallet to complete the order?

All i want to is move ahead and complete the order or at least get my money back to buy somewhere else...


I know for sure, for now, that they are a scam, as long as they never answer at my messages (email + voice mail) they only decide who they will steal the money from. It seems that it's random. And it looks like it was on me this time.

I was suppose  to send about 0.55366322 BTC but instead i had send, as you can see,  0.55316322 BTC.

I was so scared to buy something online like that for mining. I should have listened to myself and just buy it in used condition  at some guy around in my city instead of new ones online.

It's been about one day (yesterday -> monday) that they had the time to answer me and do something. I can't believe that they were too busy that much to just give my money back... It's just one click for them. How is that nobody never ever answer the phone ?

I give them one more day and after that if the situation is the same i'll just call a lawyer to see what are my options.. I'm so sad ...

Well I'll say this much. I wouldn't expect any answers from a company over the weekend, or immediately in any case when it comes to customer service.

So the problem isn't that your money has been taken its that you sent an incorrect amount... not a problem it happens. You just have to calm down for a bit, then will sort it out with you. I've sent blokforge a message as they are also fairly active here in answering questions and helping people.
