I dunno about the rest of you but I come to this forum for debates about what day the week starts with. Maybe next we can debate the use of commas and periods for decimal marks? Forget about just being quiet and waiting for any updates from the company, please do fill up our time with as many tangents as possible.

Even if he doesn't release news until Friday I wouldn't care.. the price is going to take off anyway.

Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

Is there any way we can talk Burnside into putting a real-time graph up and live updating the bid/ask orders? Its too difficult to get a feel for what is happening without it. That live window just doesn't do it for me. You have to keep refreshing the screen which I am sure puts load on the server(s) or use that other graph which takes forever to refresh.

The guy who bought the 30,000 wall at .0035 is also getting a Guaranteed return for selling 17,000 shares. Calling him a newb for making $180 in about an hour with no effort is pretty laughable.

If he made that everyday it would be equivalent to a $50-$60,000 salary before taxes.

But he won't, because news is coming soon and there won't be a chance to sell for a $180 gain between .0035 and .0036.  Short term gains like this only make sense without an expected jump.  I bet you were that newb.  Thank you kind sir.

In any case he stands to make more money than you do because of his better entry price + already guaranteed money + he probably has more share than you. You reacted to his buy and not the other way around, so you can prance around all you like but at the end of the day he achieved what he wanted while you are stuck there hoping.

Wasn't me. I am not going to pull moves like that in a time like this. I will do it right after the jump - if I am not at work again like last time. I can't even afford 17,000 shares at the moment. Trying to work my way back up to 5000 shares which I had before I sold prematurely at .0018 to get a piece of ActM.

Honestly not trying to spread FUD, but do you really think upcoming news is going to spike the stock?  They are going to receive MAYBE 6TH in chips, which an unknown amount has already been sold via private sales. This will translate into x (single digit) TH and mining divs measured in the satoshi's.  IMO the stock is as high as it's going to get until maybe a week before the 50TH comes online.  And even then the Network TH might be so high as to make the 50TH a joke.  Most likely we will just steadily decline for the next month.

I want Labcoin to succeed, I just don't see it spiking up from here.

Uhhhh, dude, history shows that ANY good news will cause a spike.  Even fancy colored USB sticks made asicminer jump to over 3.10 before declining again.  Ooooh you can buy a blue one now!  Good news = spike.  Every time.

Its going to confirm that Labcoin is on track with their business plan, plus there is anticipation in the market, so yeah.

And if the first run doesn't work as expected (ala BFL power issues...) what then?

All I'm saying is that people seem to be going all in, when there may just be a smaller upside and a bigger downside then being foretold here.

It should be quite a substantial spike as it removes a tremendous amount of uncertainty.

This stock is way, way, WAY underpriced for the company's plan.  If the uncertainty is removed, the price should jump.

It's not about the dividends at all at this point, it's about showing they can deliver.

Could be. It could be a total scam like these rice-cakes in here have been claiming.
