well I´m not buying in before I see what happens when the US east coast wakes up, might be some panic sellers there too

Smart guy!

Or they could see an opportunity and buy cheap shares.

Are you looking at this purely in a price perspective?

Shares are currently cheap when you compare with a previous high of .0038.
But...
Shares are expensive when you take into account the lack of any concrete evidence that Labcoin is legit.

and where is the concrete evidence that Labcoin is not legit then?

And nothing has changes since the IPO for people to panic right now.

Yeah that "nothing has changed" part is what is making people sell, there was supposed to be news but there hasn't been.

A responsible stock issuer at least will try to freeze the trading in this extreme situation. On the contrary, a greedy company will just exploit this and earn free money by pumping and dumping.

Pretty sure the burden of proof is on the company to prove that it is legit

yes agreed, but what exactly has changed since the ipo?

Haha Smiley. So you as an investor have no issues with investing in anything as long as there is no concrete evidence that the company isn't legit?
Might want to ask Ex http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lehman_Brothers investors how they feel about that.

Labcoin maybe legit but because they are from China they may end up like BTCGarden and Myminer, because collecting funds from public is illegal in China.

They are in Hong Kong...It is a bit different there.

EDIT: ASICMINER is from China...I see no issues there!

yes, this is an excellent point. it is the unprofessionality that worries me enough to sell my position.

if they are under a NDA does that not mean they have signed some sort of contract? or what does it mean?
