I would of course argue that the missed deadlines are a direct result of the issues the developers have had and not anyone deliberately misleading anyone. Either way, there is now an address public where pooled mining income will be sent once the software issue that is being worked on is solved. I can't think of a more 'definite' means of communicating the status of the project then that.
so, have you been mining with 2 TH/s or not? yes or no? If you say no, then you have deliberately misled us. If you say yes, then why did you post a new mining address, other than to deliberately mislead us?

Any empty address? This is it? They waited for the very last minute to post this? This can't be real.

Its price is not a very relevant factor in its adoption....

It's another missed deadline and another instance of Labcoin providing zero evidence they are actually hashing or even capable of hashing. It's no way to run a security. ![Undecided](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/undecided.gif)

It's disappointing that garbage companies like this one are siphoning funds from the crypto securities market. Done with this ridiculous circus.

Not even pics?
hey cheeky, are you fudster or what ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) labcoin have clearly shown their policey on photos Next proof to be posted will be mining address, clearly showing the rate of blocks creation. Probably no more pictures as they only do create more confusion.
We are here to stay and everyone who is having doubts will have to change his opinion once we show what we achieved. Again, we advise anyone to purchase more shares now that they are cheap.
when will you show what you achieved? you have promised that a few times, now, and have failed to deliver. We haven't failed to deliver, the fact that we aren't posting more pictures isn't proof that we are not mining. We are indeed mining

The fact is that Labcoin has missed mining target by a few days due to some unforeseen issues. ASIC mining with custom developed miners isn't always as easy as just plug and play, however I believe the team will prove the detractors wrong and in the next few days the mining hash rate will increase significantly. According to Sam the pool mining merge is a software issue and it is being resolved 'as we speak', after that it it simply a question of bringing hash rate online.
I think the reason this stock is tanking is not because of the problems you are having, but rather, because you constantly miss deadlines and mislead the shareholders as to the real situation. What pool are you mining on? They said that they are solo-mining, if you can believe that. All they have said thus far has been lies wrapped in confusion and empty promises.

A couple of suggestions to improve communication: * Stop lying, like in "we are hashing at about 2 TH/s now", more than 2 weeks ago * "We will sign mined blocks in coinbase" you never did * "We are solo mining" where are your blocks? Now pooled mining? HOW are we going to be able to CHECK that this is not MORE BULLSHIT AS USUAL? The fund could come from anywhere. No generated blocks, no proof of hashing. At least until you provide a publicly verifiable stats page with an account that you claim to be yours on the pool. Unbelievable... This

After that point the next step is easy: if a block is mined - buy. Otherwise: stay ready, watch. I'm not pleased with the latest update though, because it contradicts all previous statements about "we are mining" and "2 TH/s already online" etc. As said before, delays are one thing, but being dishonest is inacceptable.
