As perfectly fine as I am with people being upset about the delays in both roll-out and communication I would like to mention that it's pretty damn bad taste to even joke about something like this. Period.
Hey Swede, please clarify: new generated blocks will land in this address and you won't "mine with another one" and push the coins there, right? Actually he said they are going to mine in a pool, so you can't see newly generated coins on that address. Regarding all the rest, the amount of bullshit in this thread it too high, someone please creates a "LABCOIN SPECULATION THREAD". I've never put so many people in my ignore list. Cheers Up we go. High five to the geniuses that filled my .002 bids.
And mine

Crash is over, folks.
Hope you bought whatever you're going to buy. It only gets pricier from here.
No this is the short recovery that follows the initial crash. Give it another ten mins and we'll be breaking records on the way to the Mariana Trench. Is a person who calls a security for being a scam which then turns out to be a scam, a fudster of a troll? No. We are on your side and trying to get you to see sense. It's the end for LC and sooner or later your guys WILL get caught out and lose so much of your hard earned btc. It's okay if you can afford it. If you can't, then you simply can not afford to be wrong. Just a thought.

UPDATE:Just got off talking to Sam. The miners are running and the team is working on the pool mining integration, this should all be done in 'a few hours' (less then 12, more likely less then that but I have advised against setting a specific hour/time as this just leads to frustration if missed) and users will be able to view the mined coins through pool and this address: https://blockchain.info/address/17psAW21J4twanAFWmbcd5WdX2pKeX3trmI have asked Sam to sign the address so that it can be proven without a doubt that Labcoin is indeed the entity mining. According to Sam the initial hash rate will be 'a few' TH and will be scaled up in the coming days as more miners come online. TLDR; Pool mining is being integrated and will be running in the next few hours (less than 12). Address provided above will be used for mining and will be signed as proof. Initial mining will be 'a few' TH and scaled up in the coming days. As much as I have hated how things have developed and how you guys deal with PR and information. While the negitivity is all over the place, I would like to say thanks for the address. Personally I would like even more transparency and sooner. Even negative news is better than delayed news and no news.

I don't understand. Are they allegedly solo mining or pool mining? no, he seem not to care..the fees are nice boost. burnside knows in fact that they did not even spend IPO money on R&D of 130nm chip his answer So you're upset that we processed a withdrawal for an issuer after an IPO? That's kind of how it all works.
Or you're upset that they haven't spent it yet? (take it up with them?) That is complete bullshit. There's no need to defame 3rd parties in your quest for the FUD of the day award.

Initial mining will be 'a few' TH and scaled up in the coming days. They claim they were supposedly solo mining with at least 2TH since 2 weeks ago, so we demanded a "mining address" to see all the newly generated block rewards. So after 2 weeks, finally they post an "address" that has zero bitcoins, now they conveniently switch to pool mining, which makes the "mining address" useless in terms of proof of mining. I bet they don't have a public stat page from the pool neither.

Two days later, Labcoin: The address will be signed within a week to proof that Labcoin is indeed mining.

Period. When this scam is exposed sugar-tits that will be the least of your worries. So many people will be after you it wont be funny. I suspect prison would be the safest place for you at that point. Not my personal opinion just a view, I'm not invested in LabCON and will not lose anything.

As perfectly fine as I am with people being upset about the delays in both roll-out and communication I would like to mention that it's pretty damn bad taste to even joke about something like this. Period. Hoping responding back to you will get your attention. You guys seriously need a project manager. I can't imagine hardware/firmware development is much different from software development. When I build something I have various integration points where critical tests can be run to determine if things are going ok and I can prove that I am actually building something instead of jerking off in the corner. If Labcoin is a legitimate operation, why don't you guys reveal some of your integration points? I'm sure you guys have gerber files for your PCBs? You guys showed a shitty photo of some sort of PCB, why not reveal a bit more about the PCB, the chips themselves(pinout? communication protocol?) and what tests have been performed. Go look at how bitfury handled the initial testing of their chips. Every couple of days there were releases of information, even if they didn't confirm if all was well. In the end this sounds like it is either a masterfully executed scam or a horribly managed project. Depending on the result, that bad taste joke may become a reality as frankly you have no clue who all your anonymous investors are.

I conducted an analysis of the posted mining address. I concluded that the address does not contain any bitcoins either from solo mining or deposits from known pools.
