seroiusly im fed up, only reason im here is cuase TheSeven was part of team, i got interested in his asic's he made and he sold some and released opensource code and simple schematic.
bah, why didnt theseven rescue us from this mess, if he experienced same communication problem and performance.
same applies to howard, they didnt give a shred of word or hint to safe us from mess going way far.
we got tree shaken up n down, ppl kept losing, some profitting, i believe for a few ppl to profit, there are huge ppl has to lose.
all this time no rescue from them, atleast i heard that seven got pm-ed from investor, but his reply had no clue, just working on 65nm.
edit: i think the 65nm is halted, and they focus on current problem, i read it some where in those logs QA , etc, u posted guys
Seven has said his work on the 65nm has been halted and nowhere near completion. He offered to help with the 130nm issues and was turned down. If they even have 130nm, that is. They don't have Howard's, that's certain.

Why? Because they're contractors. They have no obligation to you, or even to Labcoin after they have done what they were contracted for (and it looks like Labcoin didn't pay them much). Why would they want to be part of the mess they aren't responsible for? So if your name was being used to operate a scam, you would not speak up about it? BS. Why did these people keep quiet?

So that the stupid will still say "but it's legit they have some chips".
I was convinced it was a scam but that they had some chips nonetheless (albeit 180nm and possibly non fuctional). As it turns out, they dont have any chips at all, neither the 180 nor the 130nm design taped out. But yeah, some people will still say its legit, and claim statements such as hashing with 2TH with non existing chips is just a communication problem .

Seriously, I think some of us should call the police now. There're enough evidences to prove they've taken $700K from thousands of investors by lying. We shouldn't let anyone to scam without any punishment. In this case, I believe we have at least two real names, Fabriazio and Allessia Tatti, so it shouldn't be difficult for the police to find them.
As for TheSwede, TheSeven, and Howard, we can let the police and court to decide whether they are guilty or not. Personally, I don't think they are completely innocent if they knew their names were listed in the contract and they realized 'labcoin' was lying all the way.

Really? I just thought they did an order for the unfinished work, and with mistakes on the packaging. What makes you think they didn't even bother? Thats what howard wang said. The 180nm straight fpga port was too bad to even bother with, the 130nm design was never finished. No tape out, no chips. http://pastebin.com/rQfbUA8d

Yes. Some people are still in denial sadly enough.

Its price is not a very relevant factor in its adoption....

In case anyone missed this on IRC yesterday. This is the final message from Howard to auto2nr1, where he clarifies and confirms the details from his previous e-mail: http://pastebin.com/hvT3qerzThey have not found any foundry on 20Aug. When did they claim they have got the chips? When did they claim they were hashing? Apparently someone is lying. Still not convinced they are criminals? Call the police now!

It was not a feeling. seeing those selloff waves and buybacks after missed deadlines was just obvious to some people while sheeple like you were obviously blind or greed enough to ride the scam. dont make urself a fool now.

Seems like their goal is to just buy up all the cheap cheap shares. In the end they will do a buyback and repay the remaining few people that held on. Labcoin will make out like bandits while seeming like good guys for returning the IPO funds.

The automatic withdrawal has a daily limit, but you can withdraw more. It just has to be done manually.

Manual withdraw, Burnside will take care of it but I imagine with so many people doing it, that there is some backup going on.

I just logged on this morning (since Friday) and see that btct is down.. How do I do a manual withdraw if the site is down? I don't have much there - but would just like to know what's going on.
