How are you handling your portfolio? How much are risking in % of your portfolio in short term gain vs. Long term gain?

Long Term - For long term you should think of investing in Bitcoin or Ethereum for better and safe returns. Suggest you to buy when price is low to get maximum benefit. You may use the current situation in crypto market to buy some of these.

Short Term - There is always risk involoved in short term investment, either you investment may reach the moon or down the earth. Fixing a target price instead of time or period is wise since the crypto market is always volatile.

Think of investing in ICO for short term investment since a success ICO may yield you x10 returns in a couple of months sometimes.

for myself I like to invest for the long term because if long term investment will get more profit because of the possibility of crypto will rise in the future.

I find it very difficult to predict the behavior of crypto currency, making predictions about future prices is a very difficult task. But based on some news from respected sources, it is possible to make assumptions about the price, but it is working on estimates for a long period of time. Therefore, I prefer long-term investment.

I see for the long term and the short term is still equally profitable for those who joined the BTC. but now prices in the market are much down, so this is where the long term is useful. at this time you can buy bitcoin at a cheap price, and we must be patient waiting for bitcoin prices back up. thereby you can take to the multiplicity of benefits.

yes that is right, we have to invest in both of them, let us not forget it as that two coins will lead us to success one day, so better to have them while the price is still down.

This highly depends on the investment plans and goals of an individual. some prefer showtime as the want o make profits and exit while others have long term plans hence hold for a longer period of time

I always prefer hold. Take for example the Ethereum, I give the installation hold it for 3 months. After 3 months, take the air, go to the exchange and trade. I think it's the perfect way. Saves a lot of nerves.
that's a good way. many people see too much of the market making them panic and have to throw money in a cute lose way to inflate more and more of their losses

Either short term or long term is the value is profitable then I will sell it after regrets. But I think you should invest on coins that may have potential in the long term holding because it make sure that your money invested is profitable and avoiding of losing it.

Holding your coins for years can also be very difficult. It's unlikely that anyone will get to not open the CoinMarketCap for several years and do not check the current quotes. Therefore, I outline the goals for the coins in my portfolio and when I reach it, I fix the profit (or loss). Maybe this is not exactly the right strategy - but I'm psychologically more comfortable with this approach.

Long term is the one that you will hold on years or so but you can get profit by doing nothingg and just checking for it but in the short term you need to check it everytime and it can also called daily trading for short term so you can gain a lot of profits

We have to manage the two sides equally, Long term investment carries more risk but it's pays more than Short term investment. But those two should be managed equally.

Again, the situation depends on what you want to get, because if we talk about long-term then there is a chance to get a very big profit from your hold, because it's the Holders who get good bonuses.

Well between long term and short term I would prefer to choose the short term which is to buy low and sell high in the right time strategy in which I will gonna apply right now, since many of altcoins right now are cheap due to its low market value then I could certainly buy as many altcoins or promising crypto currencies out there and then when their market value goes up then I'll gonna sell it right away or lose the chance of selling it when it's market value is still high.

100% long term and I use 30% on short term longs when I see recovery signals.

if you want to hold it for longer, I think you should really understand about the coin, do not invest to its big risk

I think it is a good idea to hold btc and eth for longterm. And sell others to buy in more coins and earn more money.

I only risk about 10% of my investment, I choose which one for long term and short term depend on the coins. If they have a good prospect for long term then I will pick them on long term.

handle the funds or portfolios I have for investments maybe 30% for the short term and 70% for the long term. why am I putting more money on long-term investments? because I prefer to save for a long time that I will take when I've gotten a lot. and 30% of the funds I use for short-term investments, to minimize losses and increase profits little by little.
