I'm trying to claim my bctp from the nano ledger. Got the electrum wallet with the coins in but if I try to send or broadcast to the network I get this error message. Can anyone help?

Today morning when I saw the market diving down I was worried about the price of BTCP as much of my money is invested in that coin but when I opened the coinmarketcap I saw that this coin raised about 19%. I was very happy with that and told some of my friends to shift their money to that coin as it will secure them while the market decline.

This situation also tell us that if any other coin will come to be a legend coin then BTCP will be one of them. It is expected that BTCP come in the top 10 coins.

Just discovered that the electrum wallet does not support sending transactions when claiming from from segwit btc. https://github.com/BTCPrivate/electrum-btcp/issues/58 Would have been helpful if they would have put that in the tutorial!

I believe they did:

BTC Segwit Address (starts with a 3): create a new wallet and use this derivation path as shown below.

Note: Spending is currently disabled on version 1.1.1, but will be enabled soon on a subsequent update.

Most of the coins I have BTCP are from airdrop in result of fork so I am long on all the free coins I received till today. This recent development of John McAfee is interesting to see him jumping on BTCP. His involvement in various projects in past had played role in the rise of their prices. I hope he really means movement of long term one not another quick rise.
