They don't, reason being, bitcoin isn't a tangible currency you can walk around with and drop in a beggars plate. beggars don't have access to the most important requirements needed for bitcoins i.e, internet connection and a medium, in this case, laptop or phones. I bet most even don't know there exists a digital currency.

This is precisely why I do not think that is ever going to happen, and why I do not think that even fiat will go completely digital, there are still many people that will need to use cash, while there are many circumstances that may lead a person to become a beggar on the street I think bitcoin is going to be too difficult for them to use and so some form of cash will need to exist for people that cannot understand and use bitcoin effectively.

Beggars might have money from other people to rent a computer and use the net, but the question is "are they educated enough to browse and explore for them to know about Bitcoin"? Maybe they have the capability with regards to money (gave by people along with the street), but how they can negotiate and invest if they don't even know how to communicate in writing and in reading as well?

We can help them by assisting them and little by little explaining to them the steps by steps, the pros and cons, the possibility of gaining and loosing in this kind of business. I believe though they are beggars, they have the hidden capabilities as others have.

I think that it is impossible for the beggars to access bitcoin because of the loss of interest of the people to help them but it will only become possible to access bitcoin for them if there will be a helper and that will give them the knowledge and also the things that they need which is like the same thing as giving money to them but the difference is, they will have a source of income for their whole life.

And connected with that we come to the question how Bitcoin can help poor people.
The answer for both is that this is very difficult just because poor people and beggars don't have the access to Internet, don't have computer or smart phone. Also, people in those categories are usualy have very poor education or even none and not enough knowledge about internet and technologies. If they had all that they wouldn't be beggars at first place, would they?
It's very complex theme and I can't see the solution.

Actually sir beggar is no longer access to Bitcoin because this is not like a fiat money that current uses today, every moves for bitcoin are use for new technology gadget like cellphone and computer, how did they access that? That is apso the question in my mind of the people wants to be a cashless society how come the does the lower part of the society can acces that thing if they do not even have a fevice that can access bitcoins. They do not wven have enough food to eat or even shelter to live. It is good to improve our technology and our way of living but lets not forget those people who are in need. They could hold up to piece of papper or something with a QR code to their wallet, when you done scanning the QR code it could address you to hes wallet ID and you could send it.

I don't believe all paper money will be changed to Crypto-Currency, people don't live in a virtual world, in a material world we need material stuf and paper money is part of it. Surely it can decrease a lot in amount, but not disappear completely. Step by step paper money loses its influence and the internet/informatic reaches in more and more places, it's a gradual transformation.

It is a huge step for technological development if the transaction system through beggars or street poor will be used by the system of bitcoin. It  is quite complex for them to access it yet it is still possible for some countries like western or America. Where the government need to support how could they access a simple wallet for them to save their collected money for their daily needs.

I guess the most convenient way for beggars to access bitcoin is to go to a nearby computer shop because it is cheaper rather than buying their own desktop computer or even smart phones. At least, when they go to a computer shop, they can still access bitcoin and doesn't need to spend a lot of money to it.

I'm sure that in the future even beggars will have the knowledge on how to use a very handy phone and they will be taught by some groups or organizations that is mandated and given a task to inform with specific group of people of using and adopting technology. I have this question on my mind before because here in my country plenty of them doesn't know how to use gadgets and they are even no read, no write. The solution is education so this initiative must be done by the gov't.

Thats a good question and its hard to think because what if someone will steal their cellphone or any card in cashless society if ever. On top of that how can they secure it if they don't know how to use gadgets. The government need to have a plan for that.
