They could cope up with the situation. I'm sure of that, besides if you really want to beg all you need is bitcoin address or QR code, it is easy to just show it to the people who wants to offer alms to you. Then for you to access what they give, you can rent a computer in the cafe's and you can now access your wallet.

With regards to withdrawal, I'm sure before beggars could know bitcoin on the streets, the countries already have their universal ID system. I'm sure the rest will follow.

Even its impossible to lose the paper money transactions ,if the government will implement it,they need to provide necessary tools to applies it. So everyone will be able to access it.

All I know about bitcoin transactions can be done using paper printing with QR code for anyone who wants to give money to them. Because by scanning QR Code, we can automatically send bitcoin in accordance with the amount determined by us.

That's impossible that bitcoin will replace the paper money because not all people can access bitcoin because you need a Computer/Phone before accessing it and if that happens so many people will protest.
But if it happens i think the government will provide some papers with Qr Code for transaction and making some ATM machine w/ free Card to access thei wallets, For me this idea is good because it can help beggars to their daily needs.

But what are the chances of that happening, you are thinking that the government is going to help the people to use bitcoin but do not you see the contradiction of that? Governments do not want people to use bitcoin if it came to that point then that means that bitcoin won and has replaced it not only paper money but fiat in general and that is something that is not going to happen anytime soon.

From what I know, Bitcoin can only be accessed by using gadgets like laptop, desktop or smartphone. They need to have an application that caters to Bitcoin users. Even if they are beggars, as long as they have the app, there's no problem with it.

Plus there are ATMs that could easily cash out your money coming from bitcoin after converting it via your gadgets, i believe this is not a hard task as long as they know how to use it and they have a device for accessing their wallets.

Not all beggar knows how to use advance technology's and another is how they can able to safely keep the transactions or donations going around their accounts so it is not good for them. I am sure that if anyone or an organization will help them all the funds will go directly on it and they will bevthe one who will spend that money to the beggars around.
