There is an app on Play Store named "Virtual Beggar". This can be used for donating any digital currency or virtual money to poor and needy people. But again beggar should have android phone to receive it. They can further use it for transactions as usual.

You cant expect a beggar to receive BTC without smart phone and internet. They are must.

For the app "Virtual Beggar", a beggar must first have an android phone or a smart phone to receive virtual money. I dont think a beggar would have a smart phone with him/her and if so, i don't think he is considered as a beggar if he/she has an android phone. So to sum it up, i think the "Virtual Beggar" app is not really helpful at all for the beggars.

There won't even be a shift in the first place if access is a big issue. That is one of the biggest hurdles we might not  even able to pass as transferring a not broken system to something that is needed time to be adapted is impossible. Making Bitcoin like credit cards or debit cards is more possible as we are not forcing someone to use something they don't even know how to operate.

There is always a way for that if we really use digital currencies as the only currency to buy goods and/or services. Someone have to setup a computer for them where they can access their wallets freely via voice command or fingerprints. Of course, these beggars should undergo training as well.  Grin Sounds ridiculous but that's how the future would look like if these beggars will remain.

how can the beggars access Bitcoin?

Opening a bitcointalk account.
That's what almost a million of them did.

Now, I really don't know why I'm giving a serious answer to this topic, but here you go

Cheapest phone with android is below 80$.
That's 8 hours of work in most western countries.

So bottom line, even a beggar could afford a smartphone.

Not only Beggars, but also poor people living in remote areas are unable to access the internet. I agree that Bitcoin isn't the solution in ending world poverty, but it can help its investors.

If all paper money were change into Bitcoins, can it be access and use by everyone? how can the beggars access Bitcoin?

First we need to know what kind of payment system will implemented after we change everything into bitcoin. I mean currently we are able use the fait in both forms that is physical ways and digital ways both. For now we are limited to digital ways of transferring for the bitcoin except the concept of the paper wallet. But thats not convenient one if considered for daily use. But that can be used by everyone as it contain the barcode which can be scanned and the money can be transferred safely. However it carries the risk of loosing all money if someone gets their hands on it. For everyone's ease, like children who wants to buy candy we might just need something simpler like real bitcoin which we can have in our hands to trade.

It is so sarcastic to use the word beggar in a discussion about economy. Maybe the right term would be the lower class individual anf not beggars. To answer your topic, it would be difficult fo the lower class individual to access to bitcoin transactions since it needs internet to do transactions in bitcoin. For me they will have no chance of surviving if all fiat money would not exist for the sake of the greediness of the rich people.

When he says beggar he is particularly talking to the needy and the poor in the streets. Anyway, they need to have atleast a smartphone to access bitcoin.

Beggars can also level up and have a smartphone, he can display his QR code while asking help.
Here in bitcointalk I read some post asking donation for personal needs and display there wallet address. It's same as beggars in the streets.

Im sure beggars have a difficulty having a bitcoin wallet. If that moment happen where world finally adopts to modernization, im sure governments would make a special program to the poor or rather maybe we dont have any poors on that time. Im looking forward that government more focus on the poor rather than anything else.

No,  it's not that ridiculous 😂. I think something more ridiculous than that,  it is they could get themselves a device or they could have a microchip implant that has an access to their bitcoin wallet lol haha. But it is for sure, they could still access bitcoin (if they really need to survive 😂)

they can get bitcoin in paper form like what you get when using Bitcoin ATM.

pieces of paper with public and private address after that they can import the private key to any wallet "just show the private key to any scanner" and get the money.

Important point

you must have some knowledge and internet access to use bitcoin.
Considering they will have enough knowledge and resources to use Bitcoin, they can but lets be honest here, we know that it would be hard for them to use it becuase they lack the essentials to fully use cryptocurrencies.
Another thing is that, if they will exchange their fiat money for bitcoin, it would be possible that they can much less that the actual amount of their money.

Lets make this thread more conversational. What if these beggars gets a considerable amount of BTC or Crypto's, would they exchange it for Fiat or just hold and let it grow for a while. Assuming they have a knowledge of how crypto's work. LOL

First of all it's not possible that all the Fiat (Paper money) will be convert to into bitcoin since the government will not allow a foreign currency will be its major currency and believe it or not beggars can't access to cryptocurrency or to bitcoin because there are requirements needed in order to have an access in the cryptocurrency industry such as:
  • Basic knowledge about cryptocurrency
  • Internet Connection
  • Gadget a Computer or Phone

I may say that it would be impossible that the beggars or unfortunate people will going to have an access to the cryptocurrency industry and the fiat is also impossible to be worthless or become extinct or be converted to bitcoin or other cryptocurrrency.

its impossible bro cause beggar has not enough money to buy things such as a mobile phone and to sustain data for internet.  Even their foods and perhaps that is the common problem here why bitcoin can't replace fiat because its not fair to those who have not enough money to ride what others do here in crypto world.
