hey! to me,you need to think of a field you're about to invest first. Then look at the WP and team of the project, its cap and a techical side.

These things I can fake alls haha. Make money online has many methods to make money and fake these things is not hard for those who worked on Youtube or SEO site. Telegram members can earn from bounty, traffic can buy from SEO services, the roadmap can lie by the devs .

C) See the project terms and use case to see if valid product

That is my go to check list, if that is complete I will delve further into the project. If not, I will leave it at that.
