All projects on the blockchain are international. And Russian is no worse than the rest, and often better. Risks of failure of investments are always there. But they are not exactly connected with the country in which the project began.

What are you talking about? 8.5 millions is a huge aomount of money and I`ll be glad if Paymon collect 3-4 millions during this stage of ICO. They have to work hard and correct few mistakes that were made!
