The golden nonce chip is able to broken into 4 pieces
Now I'm no expert but that statement seems to be way out there.  I'm sure if you slam it with a hammer you can get a hundred pieces.  Or are you saying you designed it as some sort of breakable chip?  Any examples of something like that currently existing?

They are using 4 dies in one package. It would be relatively easy to add another product based on just 1 (or 2 or 3) dies.

No way, maybe D&T has more spare time.

For the past couple months I have had too much spare time (banks, lawyers, governmental nonsense) but hopefully that will change in the next couple weeks.

Nailed it!

HashFast announced a week ago there is at least a three week delay.  That would put it mid Dec.  Beyond that it is all just speculation.

When will i get my 12x0.4x4 TH as per MPP?

My anger against what is wrong in the Bitcoin community is productive:

You wrote this on the 23rd:
"The good news is that the silicon, arguably the more complicated part of the design, is right on track. "

And yet 2-4 weeks after promised product shipment to customers, you proudly post a first picture of a bare (ok,'packaged' lol) wafer. How could it have been on track?

is it possible to cancel batch one and buy the sierra?

How will it work?

Or is it better to wait for shipment of batch one and sell this?

Or, did you deliver the baby jet inside a sierra box, so that i can buy 2 upgrades?

And when will you (HF) start shipping the upgrades?

For the picture: 5 thumps up and 7 stars from me.

Everything will be fine!!!!

Guys, don´t be nervously:

The price for 1 oz gold is higher than the cost to mine them!

The price for 1 btc will be higher than the cost to mine them!

Do you all believe, that the price for one oz gold will drop under the price to mine one oz gold?

NO!

That´s the same with BTC, people will be stupid to sell bitcoin´s less than the mining cost!

My calc is: (start mining in dec 2013)

Price for 1 BTC >= the cost to mine them

Cost of mining rig 400 Gh/s (HF) 6000 USD Batch one

Time to mine one BTC = 2,5 Days

Time to break even = 90 Day´s

90 day´s mining =+- 9 to 10 (start mining in dec)

6000 USD / 10 Bitcoin = 600 USD

Estimated price for on Bitcoin in March 2014 = 600 USD

What do you thing about this calc.

My calc is: (start mining in FEB 2014)

Price for 1 BTC >= the cost to mine them

Cost of mining rig 1200 Gh/s (HF) 6500 USD Batch one

Time to mine one BTC = x Days

Time to break even = 90 Day´s

90 day´s mining =+- 5 to 6 (start mining in dec)

6500 USD / 5 Bitcoin = 600 USD

Estimated price for on Bitcoin in June 2014 = 1300 USD

What do you thing about this calc.

Difficulty:

When i look to http://mining.thegenesisblock.com

I can´t believe that it will not be possible to mine one BTC, when
start mining in June 2014!

What is wrong with their calculation?

Does the diff grows really so much?

I can´t find an thread about: "Hashfast´s Open Source Interface Protocol"

Technically the USD/BTC exchange rate will have no effect on whether or not you will see your BTC again.

Technically, yes. On an experience based point of view (bfl rulez), you can delay as long as your customers make back the initial USD investment.

Why not start the arbitration process?  You are bound by it anyways and it's less then $2000

This. You agreed to arbitration in the TOS.  A judge sees that and he is going to throw your case out of court a long with a big lecture on following the terms of your contract which means arbitration first.  Any competent counsel will tell you the same thing, of course they will charge you $300/hr for the exact same advice.

Just because hashfast (or BFL) puts something in its ToS, doesnt mean its legally binding. For instance:

No written contract for the sale or purchase of consumer goods, entered into on or after the effective date of this section, to which a consumer is a party, shall contain a mandatory arbitration clause.
..
The provisions of a mandatory arbitration clause shall be null and void.

I purchased manually via phone / email while the website was down on the 10th and was never shown any legal terms prior to the sale only the "delivery expected Oct. 30th!" promises.  If I were HF I wouldn't count on those terms being enforceable for customers like me who weren't given a chance to review them at the time of the sale.  In my case that document was sent to me over a week after the sale had been made.

I don't think that law will apply since it specifically defines a consumer good as something for, "personal, family or household purposes" and HF has repeatedly said their mining equipment is for commercial use.
