Token public engagement refers to the token sale, not the listing of ESS on an exchange.

There is the option to send it to the wallet of the app, so it is not a test feature. It is listed as an ERC-20 address but USDT can be sent to erc-20 compatible wallets. Please double check with google/youtube before making the transfer.
