As for those who did not receive any coins in the previous signature campaigns:
From what I have seen - the applications lists were posted in the discord channel - quite a few people have entered ETH receiving address instead of QBIC receiving address into the form, which lead to disqualification of those people.

Yah. They locked because of too many complaints. They didnt do exactly what they said about the signature campaign and its been 4 weeks, they only paid 2 wave.
