Bounty programs are asking bounty hunters to do KYC before they are paid for work done . What do you think of this development.

It is so hesitant to give kyc for any bounty program who use to ask for  it.  They said so, that  it is anonymous  of joining such projects . That just only your username  been required  but then some bounties became Very strict with their members , they required for kyc , giving your informations , ids and passport. They really want to know your exact location. Some reasons , to avoid so many account by one member or even to trace the origin of such transactions.

I do not agree because now almost all ICO requires registration KYC for bounty participants. I am afraid our personal data will be misused by them.

I think KYC is applied as part of cryptocurrency and investment regulations in some countries a new rule imposed by a project and I think it will make it difficult for gift campaign participants to join this project because I do not think all campaigns require KYC.

Once ICO launches teams have to mention that they will require KYC, at the end of project requiring KYC is not a fair step. Also KYC will not be for bounty hunters because they are only promoters of that project.

For some reasons, yes I agree with the KYC because it's a identity of the investors and also for the assurance for your customer. It's not a big deal if you are truly investor.

For me, I think that was not necessary needed because before it doesn't exist and there was no issue about the identity of the participants so why do they need to involve a KYC now.

I think this is good for preventing the occurrence of bounty cheats such as multi accounts, and also KYC is very helpful to collect valid participant data, and make bounty participants not only silent waiting when it has completed its task, but is required to continue to monitor the progress of the project

This has been received by quite a lot of mixed reactions, in fact it has reduced the number of bounty hunters in the projects that ask for KYC, not sure why, . I don't however see the relation or the need of KYC in bounty hunting, II man what do you want my details  for after promoting your project, there is no reaction at all, on the other hand, there might be fear from the hunters on the safety of heir information as we might not be sure of what they will be used for, But

I do not understand why this KYC, I'm not involved in buying / selling tokens, in a whitepaper. If there was still a large payment, and for a long time you go through KYC, and eventually pay a little

For me, this is the most necessary procedure, which is able to exclude scammers, multi-accounts, and youngsters. I'm glad that it was introduced, it's a pity that this is not in every company.

I think it's Okay for Us to fill KYC, may be the developer or BM just want to ensure that the participants do not register with multiple accounts or they really make sure that the participants are not from a forbidden country

I do not know the reason behind this requirement. Some of the team will not say anything about KYC till when the bounty is over and payment being awaited. They will be demanding for sensitive documents without minding whether the bounty hunters have such documents. I am at a loss for the reason behind bounty hunters doing KYC when they did not invest a dime in the project.

for bounty programs usually do not require kyc because kyc is only for ico participants or buyers coin but if there are rules that require kyc means we must follow it

You don't have to do the KYC, if you really need the money then you might as well do it.
I prefer to do things without the need of the KYC..

You really do not have to do kyc for a bounty if you do not want to, if you see a bounty that requires it then you can just pass it up and move on to the next bounty. Bounties that require kyc do not really get a lot of participants because people are not willing to give complete strangers their personal information

What I dont like about KYC is they announce it in the middle of the project. Some bounties dont have this requirements at first, not even a warning that KYC might be needed, then after 5 weeks, they will require KYC.
I think its fair that they announce it right away so bounty hunters can pass up a project if they dont want there privacy to be exposed.

Could be hectic at times. I really don't like it at all. Most times, I even skip any bounty with KYC issues. Some will even reject your means of identification after uploading...

If a bounty isn't clear from the start that they don't require KYC, I won't do it.

It's not worth the risk for most likely very little money.

The requirement to proceed with KYC for bounty hunters is what I start noticing more frequently lately. Think it is inevitable development and hunters community doesn't have any choice but accept the new reality.

I do not agree that you need to send your ICO documents to companies. This makes crypto-currencies not anonymous and everyone will know to whom this or that purse belongs.
