I will stay clear of those projects that asks for KYC for bounties. Either you have our support or you don't.

important data from ourselves such as identity cards I will not be easily given to bounty, I am afraid of being misused, for me it is better to lose the opportunity than to pursue a coin to be shared. I will be more selective to provide important information about myself.

KYC is good but i think bounty hunters no need to do that unless bounty hunters will buy there tokens in that way they have to ask our KYC to make sure our identity and our source of money. We bounty hunters only doing our task depends on there campaign rules so there no reason that they ask for our KYC.

Usually if I see a kyc registration to participate in the bounty, then I immediately refuse.
But I don't consider this a critical condition. If I really like ico, then the kyc is unlikely to stop me.

I am doing like you and refuse to participate in campaigns that require KYC. But I don't do exceptions, because they may not be honest with the information you are giving them and in one point all this could be part of database that is sold to wrong people with wrong reasons and wrong intentions. |

Yes there is so many opportunities rather than giving KYC to those bounties. There are still some ICO's don't provide KYC for bounty hunters and I think its more reliable for us to join. I have been surprise on my past joined bounties they were late to inform us that they want to provide us KYC, so I didn't receive any payments on their bounty because of that and I feel so regret. |

The KYC Protocol thingy strips away the feat of ANONYMITY, which is one of the major attributes of CRYPTOCURRENCY. Its just a strategy by the government to subjugate the blockchain system which defeats the whole concept of decentralization. Even if bounty programs are to impose KYC, there should be a restriction to the amount and type of information being requested. But given the druthers, I'd rather opt for its total termination. |

But prior to that, the project must well known and really famous in the world of cryptocurrency. Crypto is all about anonimity but we can't take away that scammers are always there so I understand the KYC part. Just don't want to give it on a shit company.
Have you ever thought that you can have problems even with a good company. You give the images of your documents to some managers, hired people. They can easily use your documents for fraudulent purposes |

The organization that processes and stores personal data must have a license for this type of activity, do those managers who want to obtain your passports and selfies have a license? |

Well, I am working for a software editor. When I talk with the finance sector, they are all going for KYC solution. And the regulation at all level require often to be compliant or regarding implementation of new rules in specific sector. So, I am not afraid of this kind of thing. But I always, give such information with trust-able organisation.

so good. there are so many people joining with multi accounts to bounty campaigns. if they request kyc and some private documents, they will not be able to do that for sure. so bounty campaigns are going to be more fair comparing with now.

I think KYC is applied as part of cryptocurrency and investment regulations in some countries a new rule imposed by a project and I think it will make it difficult for gift campaign participants to join this project because I do not think all campaigns require KYC.

It is the hackers that are trying to actively get this information from every centralized company that I worry about. If I knew though the KYC was being held in a decentralized fashion, then I would oblige to the KYC. Anything short of that is a failure in my eyes and in the eyes of the cryptosphere. |

We still don't know who created Bitcoin. No one asked KYC for Satoshi before accepting BTC. If the entire cryptocurrency can live with that, anonymous bounty hunter should be OK.

This issue is really pressing and needs to be addressed. I wish this could go as far as possible to create more awareness on how this KYC can lead to the sell out of our precious information to phishing sites and the darkweb. Some times, it is so annoying that you would only be notified about KYC after you are done with the whole bounty tasks for about a two or three months (you cannot refuse to provide the KYC looking at the energy and other resources you've already put into the bounty program). I suggest the remove KYC from bounty programs because most of us joined in order to stay anonymous. |

In the field of cryptocurrencies and ICO, there is a lot of Scam. One of these is the KYC procedure for bounty participants, when the team deliberately does not name all the conditions at the beginning of the campaign. If they talked about this before, the participants in their bounty would be significantly less.

When the profit hit a line, the KYC won't stop the crazy bounty hunter. Anyhow, it has some positive influence in the bounty campaign and decrease the scammers.
Why you think that it will decrease scammers ICO? Or maybe i'm wrong about your opinion. But for me KYC dont leave me choose ICO's that i wanted too |

Some campaigns want KYC. I prefer to not give my personal documents to them. Be careful with the personal data you share online.
I just not completely understand why they wanted from us to give them our ID's? That's really strange, maybe we want ID's of ICO developers too? For guarantees |
