I got my board today...never got a tracking number. But, about 10 minutes ago got a knock on the door and it was was the dhl guy with my mining mobo. https://imgur.com/qC43tkjJust phone pictures, taken in my dimly lit basement, I'm sure they served their purpose. Also, I ordered on Jan. 20th, if that makes a difference. |

I ordered on Feb 1 and have not received a tracking number yet. My order status is still at "Processing"... Octominer said they would send tracking number on Monday night/Tuesday morning (it is already Tuesday morning in China). Let's hope they keep their promise. |

i ordered mobo on Jan 20 and received it today. Company is legit. They did not send me a tracking number either, but I received a phone call from DHL saying it was coming.

Our motherboard arrived today as well. We also did not receive a tracking number, but it showed up today. This is easily the fastest shipping of any product from Asia that I have ever seen.  |

Processed and shippped? Mmhm mine still says "Processing". Yes, I got a tracking number but it was an internal # and not DHL. I'm guessing it was for an intermediate carrier/tracker. |

Hi! Sorry for the delay with sending out the tracking numbers, we put priority first on getting all the orders shipped out first. Since we ship directly from China we had to work overtime to get everything shipped out before the Chinese New Year holidays start and all companies stop work for 2-3 weeks. Yesterday was the last day of the shipping deadline and we managed to get everything shipped out. We are working on uploading the tracking numbers today, many buyers have already received their boards. Also, we will improve on our packaging in the future, we will add outer cartons and second layer of packaging. Currently the packaging factory did not have enough time to finish the outer cartons. Happy mining!    |

Hey. All orders made before February 5th have been sent out. It still shows processing because we have to add the tracking numbers for the orders to be completed. We are currently working on this. |

I ended up using the little chat client on octominers site to grab my tracking last night. Quick response. Should get it soon. Cant wait to try it out. First gpu rig. Cheers.

Had a bad experience with Octominer, I orderd the motherboard on 24 Jan and sent an email to ask about shipping method to my country, they answered and said that they can send using DHL. However, I received this email today : Hi,
Unfortunately our shipping agent could not get the package sent out to [Your country]. We appologize for this.
Please send us your preferred cryptocurrency wallet address and we will fully refund your order.
So I waited all this time for nothing... I have bought hardware from China since years and never had an issue, this is the first time I get an answer like this. |

We have just one test piece coming to Europe. We hope to receive it this very week.
Looking forward to sharing here a complete review of the motherboard and to compare it with all the similar mobos that are now on the market.
Is someone aware of a document/post/reddit of this type where I can contribute or should I start a new one?
