I think that the number of users in the telegram shows people's interest in the project. And the greater the interest of the consumer, the more successful the ico will be. IMHO.

Telegram is the way too easy to being fake. I know tons of case about scamming in Telegram and that's really dangerous for investors.
People will say cause of the victims aren't careful about their money but it's hard to blame them if those scammers have a smart plan .
