My advice is to combine these of two, being trader and being a holder at the same time is the best thing if we have time, power and energy to trade.

Hold or sell all depends on you and on the coins you have. It is better if you do the first analysis of the coins you have, whether it has the potential to continue to grow or not. If you think the coin will actually continue to decline, it is better to sell it even though you suffered losses but not big losses and re-invest your money into other coins.

I think its depend upon the market when you hodl or sell.When the market was in green color so we should sell but when its red much better to hodl.

If I were you I wouldn't sell anything right now instead I would actually invest some into different coins because looking at the whole market value right now I don't fell its a good time to sell. I prefer waiting for little longer for the value to sky rocket at any point  you'll never know what's gonna happen in cypto currency and that's my favorite part.

Just wait for a few day before you sell you alt. The best move right now is to monitor the price gap depreciation before you decide to sell your alt. If you see the value of your alt is continuously decreasing i think it's time to decide but think of it before you do sell and calculate first if your profit and investment not loss. If you think you continuously losing your profit and capital i think its time you to decide if have no chance to increase the value of your altcoin token .

Its never worth it when you sell at a deep loss. I would rather hodl and pray for the price to retrace back to my entry point at least. The only time I sell at loss is when I need to activate the stop-loss feature when trading

Do not rush to sell the coins you have, because crypto is currently falling low and very difficult to predict. Be patient and hold until the end of the year then you will get a better price.

Yes, its absolutely true that its never worth it when we sell. For me, its very good to hold first our coins to experience of having higher profit. Patience is indeed a good virtue in this business.
