In talking of price percentage downfall from the $20,000 i say YES its the biggest but in terms of actual value i will say NO because today the price value of Bitcoin at $10K is still the biggest in the history in which still it is healthy and very expensive to purchase for a new investors but anyway too early for such prediction because we are still in Jan in which lot of things will going to happen before this year will end.

In my humble opinion you will not get the right answer you want to hear, because no one knows when will be bitcoin pump or dip. Price is upredictable and it will be always be a risk.

2018 clearly will not be the year of the fall of bitcoin. I don't think Bitcoin will fall this 2018, as you will read the history of Bitcoin or a story behind Bitcoin you will know how it will survive for the past years. The value of Bitcoin is unpredictable, if you are working with Bitcoin you need a lot of patience because the value of this is slowly increasing but fast in decreasing. That is my observation.

I don't really know but according to the history of bitcoin price between 2015-2018, the price always falls every january. But this january there's a lot of bad news to bitcoin like korea bans bitcoin which affecting bitcoin's price eventhough the korean governor still considering it as major South Korean banks earned US$2 million throughout 2017 in commission for providing virtual accounts to cryptocurrency investors. I believe in the future of bitcoin. I'm assuming bitcoin is in transition phase which many countries still not ready to the appearance of cryptocurrency.

nope it will take time to replace btc as btc global awareness and more application more than other cryptocurrency .eth was considered a rival but eos is killing eth with its accomplishment. btc is going nowhere for few years and if lighting network is announced then btc will show spike in price.

Why would it be the downfall? I don't see that happening. However, Bitcoin will need to do something about their transactions. It's Almost unusable. And too expensive.

Yes i think this is the worst year of downfall bitcoin.
A year before, there is no such correction in bitcoin.
This is just early of the 2018 so i still have a big hope that bitcoin can defeat its enemy by going up rapidly again.

It is hard to predict but this will be the deciding year for sure. If it succeeds in reaching $40000 or so I think it is safe for next 20 years or so.

No I do not think so, really the price was too high in the end of 2017, so now we have lower prices, but really i think the high price was more unrealistic.

Every year, bitcoin and all of cryptocurrencies all suffer from fluctuations at one point of the year yet we are still alive and kicking aren’t we? Fluctuations are caused be varying factors in the market and a dip in the price today can also mean a big raise in the rise tomorrow. Market prices just do not go up consistently with cryptocurrency it gets a little more erratic and it gets very hard to predict when it would really go high or still go down for a while longer.

We can all see that bitcoin's value is know falling down a lot. Many people are starting to panic because of this but we should not forget that it all happened because the value started to rise over the roof all of a sudden. Maybe it will be bitcoin's downfall at the beginning of the year but I'm sure it will recover before the year ends. Let us keep our hopes high.
